I really love mixing this in Greek yogurt with blueberries and peanut butter before bed. It takes a little more work to thoroughly mix it (than whey), but I love the thicker consistency and that it keeps me fuller for longer. It also helps me sleep!

I think the Vanilla Bean flavor tastes clean and smooth. It isn’t too sweet, it mixes easily, and the vanilla tastes natural instead of artificial. It works well in shakes or recipes when I want something simple and reliable.

At first I was skeptical about the taste, and it prove me wrong. It delicious and don't have that chalk aftertaste like other brands. It's a keeper.
