I loved how they tasted and they truly did feel like it hlelped. Specially since I work out. I liked the most about this product about the flavor. I would recommended this to people to help them.

These work, they take a little while but are a better alternative than a liquid drink. They still just don't taste good. Although that's not really a concern for me as long as they do what I need them to do :).

it was really fruity and my friends loved it. It was as soft as it was said. I gave them to my mom and dad and they said it was great. They need to make more flavors. I would love a bacon version
