The chews tasted good and they were not chalky. I had my first bowel movement about 40 minutes after I took them. It caused me to have 5. It did its job! These will be my go to if I need quick relief.

I tried these when I was pregnant but wasn't a fan. I couldn't stomach the taste but it also didn't work for me. I do know people that has used them and it worked for them but wasn't right for me. They are affordable.
