I say start out with the least amount because who wants to have explosive diarrhea. It does work, just give it time and drink plenty of water. I'm so glad it doesn't make my stomach hurt.

The flavor is acceptable where I do not have to taste the nasty medicine, and it is soft chew so it was even helpful for my grandma who has hard time eating things.
