This product is naturally flavored with mixed berries, so yummie. It relieves in as little as 30 minutes. Its cramp-free formula works naturally with the water in your body to provide relief from constipation. I love the small package of this product, it contains 15 soft chews individually wrapped, so it's great to bring it during my travelling. Highly recommended.

The gummy texture chewy make it easy to use even for children 4+. The taste is not bad at all and it is very effective.

They were almost like chewing up bubblegum. The packaging is nice that they are individually wrapped. I like them.

I would say about 30 minutes or so after taking it started working but the taste really made me feel sick so I don't think I will be using these again.

Works very gentle maybe if you are too constipation might take couple candies to work. But again very gentle.

Also, the taste is not great it's a little chalky but passable. The packaging is great to take along when traveling and the value for money is worth it. I'd recommend it if you do need some relief.
