It's supposed to provide relief in 30 minutes to 6 hours but I find prune juice more effective. The berry taste is ok but the texture is weird and grainy. I would not recommend or purchase.

As for the taste, they are okay, but I feel like they left a mild aftertaste. It's not unbearable though. I also wasn't a huge fan of the texture, but again not unbearable. Relief came for me in about 4 hours so that was pretty good. I will continue with my current package, but I'm not sure if I'd buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a very gentle laxative that did not produce any upset stomach abdominal cramps or guess. I did to choose because I felt a little bit backed up and it did take about two hours to kind of work. So I would still be worried with any laxative to maybe stay homefor the next couple of hours or be able to stay home until they actually work. You can take between two and four in adult however I decided to air on the side of caution and do the lowest amount indicated. They worked well without all of the annoying side effects most have. I was worried they would upset my stomach and I am so glad they did not. So these are great to have in hand for those times you just need some help.

I am still trying to figure out what foods cause which issues, so I stay stocked up on items for my gut and to aid in bowel movements. These chews have a decent taste and smell. The packaging is very clear and can't be mistaken for candy (though my house is an adults only home). I think the price is excellent for the quality and purpose. It took about 2 hours to feel any changes for me.

Things I liked were that it did what it's supposed to do and I like the portability of the chews. They are easy to throw in a bag and carry with you. However, if they are in a bag and it gets too hot they do melt. I didn't like the flavor and as convenient as the chew is I would rather take it in a liquid form so the flavor doesn't linger.

The taste and texture is tolerable, I did notice kind of an odd aftertaste, but not bad enough to dissuade me from using if needed. I took half a chew in the morning and was able to go to the bathroom a few hours later. If you aren't able to take pills, this is a good option for you.
