It couldn't have came at a better time either as I was having pretty bad constipation. I love that they're individually wrapped so you can take them along with you discreetly in your purse. They didn't taste awful either and the texture wasn't bad, which was a major plus. The package says they'll start to work within 30 minutes - 6 hours and I must say, for me, it started to work in about 40 minutes. I didn't need to rush to the bathroom either but it definitely helped when I needed it. You can take 2-4 I believe, and I took 2 and it did its job. So thankful for something to help me with occasional constipation.

The gummy texture chewy make it easy to use even for children 4+. The taste is not bad at all and it is very effective.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these and I want to say I. Ate 2 and then maybe 2 more the next day because I didn't feel like anything was occurring. It tastes fine. I don't mind it being an acuai. Didn't give me any pains. I just don't feel like I had the fast relief as little as 30 minutes as it says, but again I don't need a store softener or relaxative often. I wasn't really backed up enough to probably to use these. But it's nice to have one hand even just in case.

I love that these are chewable and they are so easy to take. No chalky or icky flavor and they are very inexpensive. Within about an hour they began to work and I felt so much better afterwards. I love the resealable package and the are always something I will keep on hand, they Also do not cause any cramping or uncomfortable pressure.. I highly recommend these for any constipation regardless of the cause.
