I have a hard time with the taste and texture of a lot of these protein shakes so I typically stick to Fairlife Chocolate, but this one is just as good. In terms of the nutrition profile it is nearly identical to the Fairlife except it has one gram less carbs and ten calories more. It's 30 grams of digestible protein that's easy to add into your diet. I like it a lot and would definitely buy it again.

This tastes like that old fashioned strawberry milk we had as a kid. Smells like strawberry milk and has a great nutritional label! Low in calories and super easy to drink on the go. I will definitely buy this and add to my daily meals!

These drinks are pretty great. I work a lot on my feet, moving around all day, as I detail cars. These are great to keep in my mini fridge for a quick supplement. I hate having a hot day where I eat a whole meal for lunch, and can feel bloated and sluggish afterwards. These keep me feeling light but full, and also don't make me crave another drink, or feeling thirsty. Its not quite as strawberry tasting as I would like, but I guess thats pretty good as I think if I had a real milkshake on a hot day working, I might feel pretty jittery and bloated.

I received this product as a promotion for my honest review. It has a slight pink high but I was expecting from the product label for it to be pink since it says strawberry milkshake. The taste was too sweet and could not be drunk by itself. The consistently was slightly thicker than milk and a little off putting. This may be better mixed in a smoothie with fruit and you would not need to add other sweeteners since it is so sweet already. It is low fat and has a high amount of protein which is nice but it needs to be added to other things to make it palatable.

The texture is smooth, like melted ice cream. Long shelf life as well. If you are sensitive to sweeteners and don't like the flavors of stevia, monk fruit, or sucralose, you may want to consider a different protein shake because these flavors stand out as prominent. It is a very sweet drink that tastes like an indulgence!
