I love building gigantic LEGO sets, but sometimes I just need something to fill a couple of hours. This set it perfect for that. It's a very clever design that includes a lot of detail from relatively few pieces. You can even change it from the DeLorean from the first movie to the one from the second movie with just a few piece swaps. It looks amazing and was a blast to build.

I’m a huge Lego collector and have many, many sets. This Back to the Future DeLorean is by far one of my favorites that I have had the joy of assembling. For a smaller build, it was extremely sturdy and heavy compared to other sets of its size. It even has cool and accurate parts for the dashboard and other parts of the car to make it stand out. I also like how it gives you the option to have the car sitting on all four tires or have the tires in a “hovering” position like it’s flying Back to the Future!!!! Overall this is a fun and awesome build!!

I am a massive fan of the Back To The Future Series since I first saw them in the theaters. I have watched them way too many times to count. I also love Legos. So this was a great combination of things I love. It was a fun kit to build. I love the Doc and Marty mini figs. I love that the kit could be finished as the Delorean appeared in the first movie. Or it could be assembled in hover mode like it appeared in the second film. There was only one downside to the kit. No gull wing doors!!! I knew this when I bought the kit. I didn’t think it was a big deal. I was wrong. Those doors are what made me fall in love with the car the first time i saw it. I really feel the kit should have been designed with those doors. It is still totally worth purchasing %26 building.

It’s a much needed upgrade from the 2013 Ideas DeLorean, and I absolutely love it! I only wish Marty had his skateboard and the doors could open. But all in all, an awesome for any fan or collector. I hope LEGO follows suit with a new Ecto-1, another minifig-scale car we haven’t seen since LEGO Ideas years ago. Even for Speed Champions, it should still include all four Ghostbusters, despite the usual one or two included figs.

I have the old LEGO Back to the Future Delorean set still out on display buy this one looked different and fun. I like how relatively quick and easy it is to build. My son enjoyed it and it was a good price.

This was a gift for my husband and he loved it! It took a little over 2hrs to complete which was good! The final product looks just like the picture and a bonus was that it included a few extra pieces incase any got lost

I am a Lego enthusiast %26 this is BY FAR my most favorite build of my collection!! I adored making it, the appearance and durability is wonderful %26 I can’t wait to display it!!

I couldn't resist picking this up for the display shelf in the office. As a mechanic, I usually stick to diecast models of real muscle cars, but the engineering on this little DeLorean is actually pretty impressive. The way they designed the wheel axles so I could choose regular or "hover mode" . It was a quick project—I put it together during a slow afternoon—but it wasn't boring. The interior details like the flux capacitor and clock are cool. It feels solid once assembled; you don't feel like the bumpers are going to fall off if you pick it up. It sits nicely next to the other car models on the desk. A solid, nostalgic kit.

Compared to the past versions of this fan favorite, I feel this the best looking so far. It was a quick build and a pleasure to the see the car slowly take its famous design. The only minor complaint is the gap at the bottom of the windshield. Great price, delightful build and great addition to a BTTF collection.

I was very excited to see this release, I was not able to get it first time around and was able to buy on the restock. I rated the set 4/5 because it has to be built separately to change into a flying car. Although is cool because it has two builds, I unfortunately can only display it one way. Other than that the set was an amazing build. I would include a step by step in the wiring instructions for the wires on the outside of the car. I originally tried fastening the one side of the wire and trying to fish it around the car and found it difficult, but then I fastened both sides of the wire and tucked it under in the middle area and found it much easier. A simple instructing showing that could help other builders moving forward. Other than those two things it was an amazing time as always. Please send me free Lego! Or any discounts possible!
