Completely BLOWN Away! My hand were insanely dry, flaky and sandpaper like from washing so much. Within 2 days of wearing this they are baby soft, I mean BABY soft. The best part is you don’t have to reapply after each wash, it lasts through a few washes. This will be the only thing I use on my hands from now on! It is a must!

Wish I could give ZERO Stars. So disappointed to know that the once-great lotion is no more. Not sure why you took a good thing and diluted it to something akin to cheap drugstore "lotion", but I will never buy this again. Please go back to the OLD FORMULA!!!

I’ve been using this moisturizer forever. I think it can be a little polarizing - I love it and if I use any other moisturizer, it feels like it’s not anywhere near enough. But it can be a little too much for some, I think due to the fact that it lasts a bit. It’s definitely my favorite for dry skin.

FORMULA CHANGED!!!!! I’m so sad!!!! It use to be thicker, it smelled fresher and was the only lotion I could put on without freaking out about the feeling/residue of fragrance on my hands and completely did what it was suppose to HYDRATE! The “New Formula” is more liquidy and cheap feeling.. PLEASE change the formula back I’m digging through shelves trying to find every last drop even in the travel sizes (crying face)

I LOVE this lotion! I work in a doctor's office and am constantly using hand sanitizer or washing my hands, so they dry out so quickly. I keep a travel size of this product in my lab coat and use it 10 times a day. It is so moisturizing and there isn't any smell so it's fine to use around patients. It absorbs so well into the skin so there is no residue

How do you like your Gold Bond? Original recipe or extra greasy. (Stinky…watery…) Seriously Gold Bond please take note. All your 5 star reviews were for the old formulas. All your current reviews are one star. I hate to see a great product/company fail because of cheap bottom line. The formulas are NOT the same and actually irritate. As the old adage says…. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Very effective cream for dry and very dry skin of the hands...I just bought this cream without expecting that it would be so effective...A small amount of cream is enough to moisturize the skin of the hands, it is quickly absorbed, it does not leave traces of discomfort. It has a very pleasant smell , and the price is affordable. I recommend it.

Why did they change the formula. I used to recommend Gokd Bond ultimate healing to people with sensory issues since it dries quickly but moisturized really well. I just repurchased a “new look” bottle for my toddler with sensory issue… it caused a full meltdown, I had to take him while he panicked and cried into the shower to wash this off of him. It had taken me years to find a lotion that would work and to get him to trust that lotion would not set him off. Now, we’re back to square one: he won’t even let me apply lotion left over from the old bottle and we have to go start trial and error to find a new brand/formula. I am super disappointed, when formulas change companies need be honest because for us this caused real harm and set back a lot of hard earned progress.

I have been a very loyal GOLD BOND user for years. I am diligent about moisturizing daily after showers and taught my kids to do the same. We all suffer from dry skin and GB does a great job for what you expect and want from a moisturizer. My only complaint (and reason for writing this) is the packaging for 20 oz pump bottles. The pump doesn't reach the bottom, so it stops working with nearly a 1/4 of the lotion remaining in the bottom. It is such a waste and so difficult to try and thump out the bottom lotion, and there is easily weeks worth of product remaining. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR PACKAGING DESIGN to be more effective and efficient!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this lotion ! I love the thickness of it and how instantly moisturized I feel. Wish it had a better scent but it’s not a deal breaker, feeling instantly soft is worth every penny. Another con I have is the pump is a littler hard to get the product out. Maybe it needs a wider pump?
