Something has DEFINITELY changed: it's not as thick as it was before and it DOES NOT absorb into my skin like it used to

I used to love your product! It was my favorite ever. The new formula is sticky and doesn't soak into my hands.

I do not like the feel of the new formula at all. It seems much thicker and stickier. I believe I will have to try a new moisturizer.

The formula of the healing lotion has definitely changed. It's more watery and hasn't helped my dry skin. I am looking for a different product.

It's is a great product, not grease, leave a great texture and absorbed really well. Nice to touch the skin after. Feels soft. Blends with the skin.

Missing dimethicone. Not the same formula. Would love for the formula to be changed back. I have used this for 20 years

The formula is different, despite the statement. Viscosity is way lower. Maybe more alcohol? I work in a lab, I'll just run a chromatography.
