The overall taste of this high protein drink is amazing. It has only 1 gram of sugar 160 calories and 30G of protein. It doesn’t taste like chalk. It is easy to digest and has great flavor.

The flavor is good. It’s not overly sweet but sweet enough. The consistency is smooth unlike others that are grainy. Great amount of protein. Really great protein drink.

Amazing drink . High protein , healthy and thirst satisfying. The chocolate taste is great but the vanilla is a little sweet . The strawberry is a little different than any other strawberry drink, still good but light taste
