The members mark protein shakes are pretty good. I use them as an afternoon pick me up, instead of a sugary snack. The vanilla shake was okay, I prefer the chocolate and strawberry flavors. The shakes are not thick, which I prefer.

Oh my God these are so good. I instantly poured over a cup of ice and I love the taste. It’s not so protein flavored and it’s very easy to drink and it’s thin where it make it easy and doesn’t have the thickness to it. 

The Member's Mark 30 G high protein shakes taste great and we're very filling with no aftertaste. They're very convenient in the little bottles. I would definitely buy them. They came in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Strawberry was my favorite.
