I found this nutritional shake to be a convenient option when I want something quick that provides a substantial amount of protein without adding many calories or sugar. The 30 grams of protein per serving is a major plus, and I also appreciate the added variety of vitamins and minerals. Having three different flavor options is also great , although my experience with the flavors was mixed. Of the three, I personally preferred the chocolate and vanilla flavors over the strawberry. The chocolate and vanilla were reasonably enjoyable, while the strawberry had a more noticeable aftertaste that I didn't particularly like. Even with the chocolate and vanilla, I found the aftertaste of all flavors less appealing compared to other high protein drink options. Overall the flavors weren't bad, but they also weren't something I would choose primarily for taste. I also appreciate that this provides a good amount of nutritional value in a relatively low-calorie serving, which makes it useful as a convenient snack or supplemental source of protein. I haven't used it consistently enough to comment on at long-term effectiveness, so that's something I would want to evaluate with more time. Overall, I think this is a budget friendly nutritional shake with an impressive amount of protein and vitamin and minerals, but the aftertaste is the biggest area I would like to see improved.

These members mark protein shakes are pretty good, they are creamy and smooth with a great taste. The chocolate is my favorite, the Vanilla was a bit too sweet for me and I like sweet things but I couldn't drink the whole thing at once. These are a great value and a good quality protein shake

As a busy family my husband and I rely heavily on protein drinks to get us through the day when we are too busy for a meal. Members mark protein shake is one of the better ones we have tried! We love to drink them when out on the road to hold us over. Love that the product is high in protein, easy to digest and super convenient to grab and drink on the go. Highly recommend! 

Like many others I’m a working mom who struggled with prioritizing protein and nutrient dense foods. I love that I can just throw these shakes into my lunchbox for when I’m busy at work and need a quick snack. The strawberry flavor is nice and subtle and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste.

I recently started a new job where rather than an hour lunch, I get a half hour lunch, so these have been a life saver my new schedule. They are very good and keep me from being hungry while working, especially on days I don’t have time to eat much. I like the carton as opposed to the plastic bottles other protein shakes come in. It’s very good and the chocolate is my favorite by far, I’m not a huge vanilla or strawberry lover, except in the perfume area of life

I drink protein shakes every morning as part of my breakfast. This really helps me get in a Hugh protein breakfast couple's eith some eggs. This is the first time trying this brand and I'm pretty impressed. Chocolate: I have never been a fan of chocolate as it's usually too rich. Chalky or has a weird taste to is. I tried this one and was surprised. It was not chalky and the chocolate taste was light enough to actually be pretty tasty. Vanilla: one of the OG's. You can never go wrong with vanilla. It has a creamy taste with no chalkiness and no aftertaste. Strawberry: this flavor is one of my favorites. It is not overpowering in taste but you can definitely taste the strawberry. No chalky taste and no weird aftertaste. Overall I was really quite impressed with these shakes and intend to add this to my next Sama club trip.

There are things I like and dislike about this product. Of the three products sent to me, I most liked the vanilla flavor. It reminded me of the vanilla pudding packs from my childhood. The strawberry was very mild in flavor and was milky white so I assume the flavor is not natural. For the chocolate, that was the worst, but still palatable. It tasted like watered down chocolate milk with an essence of cardboard, which I found odd because all three flavors are in cardboard containers but only the chocolate tastes like it. All-in-all it is a decent protein shake. The macros are great with 30 g of protein, 1 g of sugar, and only 160 calories!

These Members Mark high protein shakes are each delicious, but one is certainly better than the rest. The chocolate flavor tastes and smells more like a milkshake than a protein shake and is my go too after workout drink. The strawberry flavor reminds me of Nesquick strawberry milk from my childhood, and the vanilla is smooth and rich. So far, they have been easier on my stomach than other protein powders and drinks I have tried. While they are not intended as a meal replacement, they do make for a great healthy snack on the go or at home .

These protein shakes are delicious. Ive tried the strawberry, chocolate and vanilla and I can honestly say that all three flavors are delicious. It has great value for the amount of protein that it jam packs. 30 grams of protein and none of the stuff that you dont want. I am big on supplementing my protein and I definitely plan on buying more from Members Mark.
