It cannot rotate a full 360°, as we have internal stops to protect the internal wiring from damage. If you find the shoulder won’t move, it may be due to tight assembly screws. You can apply gentle extra force to adjust it to your preferred position.

We also carry a set of three smaller, battery-operated skeletons, and there was a mix-up in the online listing. We have since updated the description to correctly reflect this item. Regarding the residue stain, this could potentially be caused during packing or due to some disturbance during the production and assembly process.
