There is no additive sugars. It is very sparkly . It is a crisp lightweight non-sweet drink it has a hint of lemon lime in it . It’s a good way to get your proteins to your routine . to me It tastes kind of powdery milk flavored but after drinking it for a while, it’s not too bad.

The smell is not my favorite but I was able to overcome it by serving it over ice. It's definitely not my favorite but I am willing to try other flavors.

Healthy hair skin and nails AND less than 15 calories a can, so it fits in perfect if your on a low calorie diet. Safe ingredients, no artificials. Very bubbly so it feels like a treat. I liked the flavor of the one that I chose. The only negative thing I have to say is the smell. I was drinking away and started to smell it and had to stop drinking. It was almost like the smell after someone has threw up. That's the only way I can describe it. Im hoping it was just the flavor I chose because I would love to try another!

The downside was the slight aftertaste, however not enough to deter me from finishing the can. I still recommend this product for all the good it does for your body. The immune system support and the glowing skin. It contains vitamin c as well as well. I do plan to continue with the product for hair and nail support as well.
