It stayed frozen and easy to dispense. Lots of fun for kids to dispense. Cleanup was way easier than I expected. The parts that touch the ice cream come apart quickly and rinse clean without scrubbing. Clear view bowl easy to check on your ice cream or drinks. Very quiet noise level and smooth. Highly recommended to have fun with family.

We used it for the first time with my children and made peppermint ice cream, one of the recipes in the book. In less than 30 minutes, it made perfect soft serve ice cream that my kids gobbled up. I also tried making a boozy flush drink with a mix and alcohol, it was perfect. The machine is big, but that is expected. It is packaged well and everything was intact. Super easy to put together and instructions are clear. We will get a ton of use out of this product and I would highly recommend to anyone. I have a ninja creamy which is slightly different but I like this better because it is so quiet and as long as you plan ahead. Whatever you’re trying to make in 30 to 40 minutes! Huge success.

It is able to make all different types of frozen treats with minimal effort. The machine itself is sleek and relatively easy to clean. I love that it has a self-cleaning feature and is dishwasher safe! It also has a really cute side pocket for holding ice cream cones. It is not loud and makes for a really cool addition to any party. I felt safe using it. It is somewhat large, so you do need the storage space for it. This is definitely a piece worth showing off!

Unlike the cheap "freeze-the-cup" versions, this has a built-in compressor, so you don't have to pre-freeze anything—it chills itself. It’s got a solid, countertop-friendly design and features six specific modes: Soft Ice Cream, Slushie, Spiked Slushie, Sorbet, Milkshake, and Extrude/Clean. It also has 7 different texture levels depending on how thick you want your drink. I used it to make a spiked Coke Zero slushie and was impressed it actually held up. Usually, alcohol lowers the freezing point so much that these machines just produce a cold liquid, but the "Spiked Slushie" mode handles it perfectly by adjusting the temperature. Quick tips for this specific drink: * Because Coke Zero is sugar-free, it can get a bit "icy" rather than creamy, so I recommend setting the texture dial a bit higher (level 5 or 6). • Mix your spirit with the soda before pouring it in. • The manual says to stir or shake the soda first to get some of the carbonation out so it freezes more evenly. It’s way better than just putting a soda in the freezer and forgetting about it until it explodes. Easy to clean, too, especially with the dedicated clean mode.

We used this product as a shenanigan gift from our elves alongside a notecard with Santa's special peppermint ice cream recipe, which we found on the website. We have so many yummy looking recipes already saved for future use, and my son is dying to do a grocery haul so we can get them made. The possibilities are endless. From slushies to frozen espresso martinis, I can't wait to get this bad boy rolling at family gatherings and get-togethers with friends. The instructions come with lots easy and delicious treats. I made a froze rose drink for my guests and it came out great. The slushy was the perfect texture and it stayed cold. What is amazing is that the machine does all the temperature regulating and no need to freeze anything before. Home made ice cream was so smooth and delicious.
