[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product in exchange for my honest review. This Greenpan Frost ice cream maker was a fun little adventure. I did not expect it to work as well as it did. I made vanilla soft serve ice cream. I loved that I could make it out of whole ingredients. Most importantly for me, I loved that I could start the entire process just a little while before we wanted to enjoy the ice cream. You do not have to pre-freeze or pre-plan anything! My family and were watching a show after dinner. We paused between episodes for about 10 minutes to put the ingredients together, and this dessert treat was ready while we were in the middle of the next episode. I used the recipe from the booklet that came with the Frost machine. My recipe called for only milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, salt and sugar. I whisked them together lightly, poured them into Frost, and 25 minutes later, we got this gorgeous little soft serve ice cream! It was pretty amazing. The negatives are: the recipe is wrong. It called for 1 tsp of salt and that was WAY too much. I don’t know if it is a typo or what. It should be between 1/4 and 1/2 tsp salt! Despite this, it was still good and the perfect consistency and perfect vanilla flavor! My family still ate it. I will try again tonight and change the salt. The other issue is that the slots on the top into which you pour the mixture and later the cleaning water, is too small and hard to pour exactly into. It is easy to miss the slots and spill some.

The instructions are clear, and the build feels durable and high quality. So far, I’ve only tried the slushy feature, but I’m excited to explore more recipes. It’s surprisingly quiet and beeps when each freezing cycle is complete, which is a nice touch. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to clean. Everything detaches smoothly and rinses out with no hassle. Highly recommend to anyone who loves frozen drinks or easy at-home treats. I can’t wait to share GreenPan with friends and family!

In 30 minutes, I turned a premixed alcohol drink into a perfect slushy using the alcohol setting. The ice is so perfect that it is taking me back to Floridita, where the daiquiri was invented. The one thing I'll say, learn from my mistake and triple check to make sure the pour handle is completely locked... If not, you'll have a tiny mess to clean up. The number of things that one can make with this machine makes the price absolutely worth every penny. (But I'm glad I got it for free through Influenster) I can't wait to host parties and wow everyone with drinks! I'll be using this bad boy on a weekly basis.

As a member of The GreenPan Kitchen Team, I tested this product and I'm excited to share my review. After having the frost in my home kitchen for over a month now, I can honestly say I love this machine. I've used it to make slushies from juices, perfect frozen cocktails, and delicious soft serve ice creams and frozen yogurts. But my favorite way to use it is for a new way to get my post workout morning protein! Just a bit of milk, orange juice and vanilla protein powder and in no time I'm enjoying a rich and decadent tasting (but super healthy) creamsicle insprired protein smoothie. Can't wait to try more recipes and flavor combinations since I can make them so quickly and easily.

It definitely takes practice to get to which consistency you like but it’s endless possibilities. I would definitely recommend everyone to have it . The size is perfect for a couple people or can make a larger batch for a big crowd. It is a very durable product that is definitely worth the price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my green pan frost ice cream and frozen drink maker ,for few a weeks ,and me and my family have enjoyed many good treats from it.I love the soft ice cream , Slushies and alcohol Slushies.The machine it quite heavy so be careful taking it out it's box,It's very easy to put together and the recipes are very simple, not complicated, My cons of the icecream maker ,is I wish the opening to pour the icecream and drink mix in ,were bigger it's easy spill trying to pour mixes in the holes. The drip tray is small I found it better to put a bowl underneath, especially when cleaning the machine.

It doesn't even take very long to make, which is wonderful. I think ours is usually done within fifteen minutes. Love it! It's not too loud when you use it either. It has some noise, but it's not very loud at all. I'm looking forward to making many more things with this machine. It's absolutely amazing!! I just love how simple it is to make different types of stuff. The instructions are very easy to follow, too. Just find the item you want to make and switch it to that on the machine. Get your ingredients ready, and you're about ready to go. So easy!! Best machine I have had yet. I love it!
