Imagine your favorite ice cream parlor's ice cream but IN YOUR KITCHEN. From the first bite, I was hooked. The ice cream texture is unmatched - the best soft serve I have ever had. We used this product as a shenanigan gift from our elves alongside a notecard with Santa's special peppermint ice cream recipe, which we found on the website. We have so many yummy looking recipes already saved for future use, and my son is dying to do a grocery haul so we can get them made. The possibilities are endless. From slushies to frozen espresso martinis, I can't wait to get this bad boy rolling at family gatherings and get-togethers with friends. Overall, this product is easy to use right out of the box (after cleaning), works just as explained in the directions, and it delivers on product quality. Cleaning the product only takes a few minutes and is clearly laid out in the directions for a smooth process (almost as smooth as the soft serve feature). I can't end this review without saying: this product is loved by all ages in my family, from 18 months to 88 years. The versatility makes it a wonderful addition to any kitchen, and a great gift for any ice cream lover.

We used it for the first time with my children and made peppermint ice cream, one of the recipes in the book. In less than 30 minutes, it made perfect soft serve ice cream that my kids gobbled up. I also tried making a boozy flush drink with a mix and alcohol, it was perfect. The machine is big, but that is expected. It is packaged well and everything was intact. Super easy to put together and instructions are clear. We will get a ton of use out of this product and I would highly recommend to anyone. I have a ninja creamy which is slightly different but I like this better because it is so quiet and as long as you plan ahead. Whatever you’re trying to make in 30 to 40 minutes! Huge success.

Super easy to clean. It is a larger machine so you will need to have storage, but you could use it for so many things!! I am stoked to have this around. Hit on day 1.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial idea of this product excited me more than it should have. Unfortunately there were a few shortcomings when I unboxed it. It was missing the cleaning tools or accessory bag. That’s fine I can clean it myself with no issues but it was more bewildering to see my machine was pre-assembled. Whatever, less work. The handle is too shaky for my liking even when secured properly. It should’ve been screwed another way. These are my only complaints. Outside of that the machine works great and fast, I’m enjoying my slushees all winter long without a care.

The vegan ones do not come out as good though. It’s a large machine and takes a lot of space . It’s also difficult to clean because of so many parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really beautiful machine. I would even leave it out on the counter at all times. Easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean. Very clear instructions for assembly, disassembly and cleaning. Many recipes included and tips on how to modify them to create other flavors. We started with milkshakes and while our first try was a little thick for our preference it's easy to adjust consistency to meet your needs. This thing does everything from slushies to ice cream, milkshakes to sorbet and even spiked slushies! Time varies for your creations to finish based on what is in it to the quantity you are making but our milkshakes only took a little over 30 minutes. Easy peasy and very happy to have this in our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I absolutely love this thing!! I didn't know these even existed. This product has so many different features and you can make soft serve ice cream, for the yogurt, sorbet, slushies, the possibilities are endless! We tried the soft serve ice cream option because I used to work at dairy Queen and love soft serve! This thing is basically a mini ice cream machine from there. It's super easy to use you just mix up the ingredients and pour it in and turn on the setting for the frozen treat you want and push start. It took a couple of tries to get the consistency we wanted but it's super easy to use even I could figure it out. We also put the leftover ice cream in a container and froze it. One of the things I really liked about this machine is how quiet it is while it's mixing. I'd say it took about 45 minutes before it beeped and said it was ready for the soft serve setting. In addition to being quiet, this machine seems very well made and works better than the cheaper ice cream maker so you can buy in stores. Considering it is a fully functioning mini ice cream machine with a cooler inside, it's definitely worth the price point. We can't wait to try out the frozen cocktail setting and make some margaritas. We will definitely be getting lots of use out of this item and I recommend to anyone that enjoys frozen treats of any kind! Literally the only negative is it's kind of a pain to clean, but not as bad as I thought and it does get easier as you learn how to put it together and what pieces go where. Cleaning it and taking it apart probably took 10 to 15 minutes so not terrible. Definitely buy this!!

We have been making protein frozen yogurt and ice cream with it and then topping it with fruit, nuts, sprinkles, or colored granulated sugar. The texture is amazing and you can change it by selecting a different mode. This machine has 6 modes and 7 different textures. It is easy to clear.

My first try I made vanilla frozen yogurt and I was surprised how easy it was to do and how good it tasted! The noise was not loud at all and it did not take long. Can’t wait to try it for other things!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wish I could give this a fully stellar review. I’ll start with the positives and what I genuinely loved about it. First, the design is beautiful. The sleek, office-white creamy color is very aesthetic for such a large countertop appliance. It doesn’t feel bulky or unattractive, which is a big plus. I also love the ability to make a wide variety of drinks and even soft-serve ice cream. While it was a little intimidating at first, the video tutorials were very helpful and made me feel confident that I was using and cleaning it properly. My 4-year-old son was especially excited to have ice cream at home, which made the experience even more fun. It definitely feels like a special treat. I also appreciate that the manual includes plenty of recipes—it’s a great starting point while you build confidence to experiment and create your own. One small issue I noticed was with the simple vanilla ice cream recipe. It calls for 1 teaspoon of salt, which ended up being far too salty for our taste. When I tried it again with just a small sprinkle of salt, everyone enjoyed it much more. As for storage, this machine does take up a lot of space. I’m still trying to figure out where to keep it, as it’s too tall for most of my shelves. Many standard shelves are around 15 inches high, while this unit is over 17 inches. The biggest downside, however, is the design of the plastic canister. I assume it’s double-walled for insulation, but it’s open throughout, which allows water to get trapped between the layers and makes it very difficult to dry. After soaking mine in the sink, some of the greasy ingredients ended up inside the canister, leaving it with a hazy appearance. We don’t have a dishwasher, so I can’t place it on the top rack as recommended. Even with the provided brushes, I haven’t found a way to clean the interior of the canister properly. The top opening also has a grated hole, which is tricky to clean thoroughly. I’ve watched all the instructional videos but haven’t found any guidance on dismantling the canister for deeper cleaning. I even resorted to using a hair dryer to help dry the trapped water. Overall, this has still been a fun experience, and I do plan to continue making ice cream at home with it. That said, there are definitely some design aspects that could be improved to make it more practical and user-friendly.
