The Frost Classic arrived quickly and was very easy to assemble and use. So far, I've made pineapple sorbet and vanilla ice cream, and both turned out great! I'm not usually one to closely follow the instruction book, but I quickly learned that you should definitely run water through the machine after emptying it. The first time I disassembled it, I made quite a mess! Overall, I highly recommend this machine for fun summer treats. I can't wait for the grandkids to come visit so we can really put it to good use!

Was so excited to have this at our house as a Christmas gift we used it and it was super easy. We used it a second time everything worked out great. But then the third time he made ice cream. The ice cream was having a really hard time coming out. And then this fourth time the machine would not work. The display blinked after a single group of beeps and it stopped churning. There was nothing in the book about this problem and when I looked online, I was sent over to a Facebook group and it turns out a ton of people were complaining about the plastic cup, which is the whole machine basically… Cracking and all three places. And sure enough mine was cracked in all three places. It was leaking out of the bottom. It was an absolute disaster. I've also read that this product has been discontinued in certain countries because of this problem and because let's face it… They're using cheap plastic, which if you are like me and want to avoid having any kind of a micro plastics put inside your body this unfortunately is not the way to go. I really wanted to like this product. I took good care of it. I didn't even put these items in the dishwasher to make sure that they were well taken care of. I washed everything by hand. There was no reason for these to crack at all. I am working on using our warranty and getting this returned and refunded. Such a shame, but they're just not ready yet.

Super easy to clean. It is a larger machine so you will need to have storage, but you could use it for so many things!! I am stoked to have this around. Hit on day 1.

It is able to make all different types of frozen treats with minimal effort. The machine itself is sleek and relatively easy to clean. I love that it has a self-cleaning feature and is dishwasher safe! It also has a really cute side pocket for holding ice cream cones. It is not loud and makes for a really cool addition to any party. I felt safe using it. It is somewhat large, so you do need the storage space for it. This is definitely a piece worth showing off!

The vegan ones do not come out as good though. It’s a large machine and takes a lot of space . It’s also difficult to clean because of so many parts.

We used it for the first time with my children and made peppermint ice cream, one of the recipes in the book. In less than 30 minutes, it made perfect soft serve ice cream that my kids gobbled up. I also tried making a boozy flush drink with a mix and alcohol, it was perfect. The machine is big, but that is expected. It is packaged well and everything was intact. Super easy to put together and instructions are clear. We will get a ton of use out of this product and I would highly recommend to anyone. I have a ninja creamy which is slightly different but I like this better because it is so quiet and as long as you plan ahead. Whatever you’re trying to make in 30 to 40 minutes! Huge success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The initial idea of this product excited me more than it should have. Unfortunately there were a few shortcomings when I unboxed it. It was missing the cleaning tools or accessory bag. That’s fine I can clean it myself with no issues but it was more bewildering to see my machine was pre-assembled. Whatever, less work. The handle is too shaky for my liking even when secured properly. It should’ve been screwed another way. These are my only complaints. Outside of that the machine works great and fast, I’m enjoying my slushees all winter long without a care.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really beautiful machine. I would even leave it out on the counter at all times. Easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean. Very clear instructions for assembly, disassembly and cleaning. Many recipes included and tips on how to modify them to create other flavors. We started with milkshakes and while our first try was a little thick for our preference it's easy to adjust consistency to meet your needs. This thing does everything from slushies to ice cream, milkshakes to sorbet and even spiked slushies! Time varies for your creations to finish based on what is in it to the quantity you are making but our milkshakes only took a little over 30 minutes. Easy peasy and very happy to have this in our home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine itself is great! It does what it says it will, and made some lovely slushies for us tonight. After we got all the kinks worked out, the machine ran smoothly and quietly, and took about 20 minutes from pouring the ingredients in to finished product. The texture of our boozy slushies are great! Smooth, no big ice chunks, well mixed, and the drinks retain their texture for quite a long time. Afterward, cleaning and extruding seemed to go well, and disassembly for part cleaning was straightforward enough. The instruction manual is so poorly written you can't rely on it for much of anything, and cost my review 2 stars. On a surface level, the spelling and grammar look like they were written by a bot, or a non-native speaker, and not proofread. It made parts of the manual more difficult to understand, vagueness aside. I felt like the half size recipe quantities were on the scant side for volume to run the machine. We had a terrible grinding noise until we realized the 3 cup measure we put in based on recommendations was not enough for the machine to properly function. I seriously thought we were going to shake our counters apart. After we eyeball added more liquid, things smoothed out. The manual often suggests "choose a colder setting" but doesn't indicate what that *means* in terms of settings on the machine. There is no context given for how the texture settings and level settings actually relate to the temperature. All in all, we'll be happy to explore this machine more, and make it work for us.
