After having back surgery a year ago, this mattress is just what I needed. I sleep better than I have in years.

Do not like it would like them too change the mattress or give me a refund gives me no support I feel pain

I have neck and back issues and have had much better sleep since night one. Also fall asleep much faster than my old mattress.

Be careful of their warranties it's not all that is cracked up to be God forbid you take the zippered cover off to wash it your warranty is no good.

The mattress provides great pressure relief and helps reduce back or hip pain. I will get another one for my parents soon.

The wife and I are waking up with sore backs and shoulders. Some days it’s stiff backs and some days they are sore

It’s not very comfortable and not really happy with mattress not being firm due to which it gives body ache

It relieves pressure points, but it is also hotter than my last inner spring mattress. I may have to get a chilly pad to use with it.
