Mattress feels great, no problems with sleeping on it, getting it out of the box the ends have never fully developed for some reason

The mattress is way too firm. I wake up with neck pain every morning. Do not buy, it’s a waste of money.

I’ve reached out 2-3 times about my headboard bedframe drawer being broken and no one has contacted me back at all

the lift on the bed is not working properly. As well, the message is not working correctly it rattles when I turn it on. I am not happy
