I bought this for my parents and they love it. They also would like an upgrade. . . what do i have to do to make this happen? Their retired veterans

This mattress is supposed to be firm but it is very soft. I have had others that were and this mattress is terrible.

Hated it at first but we are getting acclimated to it. We both would have preferred it to be a little firmer.

I am not happy with this mattress, though I would get use to it but it is to hard. I am going to send back.

I don't feel enough cushion while sleeping on my back. I believe a pillow top style mattress is going to be what I need.

I loooooove this mattress. My only complaint is that it gets hot. And once you get too hot it’s hard to cool down

I tend to sleep hot. Because of that, with this mattress I am sometimes way too warm when I sleep, even with no blankets.

So far a month in and this bed is better than expected! 2 200lb men sleep comparably on this. Definitely recommend for couples.
