The mattress is great. The pillows that came with it are like bricks. The sheet set that came with it is wonderfully soft.

My last nttress was too soft creating back pain. This mttress solved that problem. Support is just right.

There were no options for firmness so I had to trust that what I'm getting would be ok. It's comfortable but more firm than I'd like. Still not bad.
