It's soft and comfortable... until you get too warm. You sweat easily because it holds in the heat. Same with the pillow.

Very comfortable. We were concerned that it would be hot but just the opposite, very cool and comfortable.

Customer service has been great, but mattress is too soft. They sent a firmer topper that wasn’t in the best condition. I think I will return both.
