It is and has continued to be a trench with lumps, the absolute worst mattress I've endured in ninety years.

I just used my bed for 2 wks now. For some reason when I woke up in the morning I have lower back pain😭

The mechanics are great but it does not feel like medium firm currently. I still have some back pain due to firmness, but I'm giving it 60 days to break in as your site suggests.

Not bad! A little harder than expected, but nice quality overall. If you like firm, look no further. If you prefer medium, to soft? Best to go a different route

Truly disappointed! Went off the reviews which was my mistake. Just a generic mattress with no comfort. So frustrating that I spent that much money for nothing.

It's pretty solid . I didn't have trouble sleeping and still don't . just needed a good up grade and yeah , like it a lot . should have made a switch a lot sooner .

Great for side sleepers like me. It has helped me reduce back and neck pain. It's comfortable. Satisfied with my purchase. Downside is that it was a bit pricey.

The mattress is great- however it does not bend with the frame, and I can't attach the headboard anywhere so I am not really satisfied with the whole system

It looks good until you lay down. Pretty hard. Bought a bamboo mattress cover to soften it and purchased a foam pad to go under the mattress cover I dont know about this
