Comfortable but at times I feel a little back pain. I think I might want to change to the hybrid mattress. What would be the process?

I have two nectar beds. The mattresses are very comfortable and the frams are sturdy and look awesome!

I like that I can sit up while in bed. Only the right side of the bed’s USB ports work. The bed is too firm.
