We are happy with the mattress except it does not have enough support on the edge of the mattress making it difficult to turn and sit on the edge. However, the overall order process and customer service experience is great!

I didn't see options for firmness when purchasing but the mattress is very firm. I'm glad that we got the adjustable base for it to be able to conform to my body a bit more.

I feel its a little too stiff would like it to be at least 20% softer im 140lbs, however i do enjoy going to sleep on this bed you get comfortable right away but i just wish it was a little less stiff then it would be perfect for me

Had an uncomfortable mattress for 3 years and I just kept replacing the pillow top. Finally decided to invest in my sleep and it really paid off. Sleeping much better!

This Mattress is awesonme....it literally "hugs" your body. My sleep is much better and much more comfortable with the Nectar mattress. Delivery and setup could not have been easier!! I highly recommend this mattress!!

This mattress is too firm. I have had to purchase an expensive mattress topper just so I can sleep on it. I could have done this with my old bed and saved a lot of money!

I've been sleeping on the mattress for about a month now and still wake up to toss. My libs are falling asleep when I sleep in my side (which is my perferred sleep position). It almost feel like the matress is resisting my body weight.

I wish I can give 4.5 stars instead of 4. Only gave 4 stars because I just prefer the mattress a bit firmer. But it does very well at helping me to have quality sleeps

We bought a twin and double for two of our children (13 years old and 18 years old). Both have raved about how great they are sleeping and that they love their new bed!

This mattress is firm yet not hard. It supports my back well and I can sleep comfortably in all positions. I am primarily a side sleeper and my shoulders don't hurt.
