I purchased a nectar mattress 2 years ago and love it! This love prompted me to purchase another for my 2nd bedroom, the quality is not the same! I’m disappointed, but don’t really have amy options as I’ve already disposed of my previous mattress. :-(

The ease of purchasing and having the delivery of such a bulky item with just the press of a button! Seemed a bit too soft at first (considering itd only been a few hours), but my impatient self couldn't handle waiting any longer, once fully expanded I was completely satisfied, and sleep improved tremendously. Considering I work graveyards obtaining sleep through the day can be a challenge with the whole world wide awake. The minute I lay in bed now I ease into sleep each and every time! It is a great mattress, hands down. However, when you purchase they don’t warn you just how heavy the package is going to be. If it is staying on first floor you can maybe drag it, if going to 2nd+ you’ll need help. At least 2 people if not 3. Same thing with the frame. Also, since it is so heavy and mattresses slide while using, it’s difficult to push back onto the frame. I live alone and have scraped the wooden floor just trying to get it back on the frame. The pillows are very firm and personally exacerbate my migraines. Like I said, I really enjoy this mattress, but it has also been such a hassle sometimes I wonder if it was worth the price.

I received my bundle and mattress as a gift for my 85 ur old mother. This is the 2nd one I bought. Due to the pandemic and everything trying to get back to the normal I understand delivery was 3 weeks. But I was happy and my mother loved her bed as much as I love mine. It was an easy set up and the mattress is sooooo very comfortable. The support team that I emailed was so amazing and responded fast and kept in touch. They were very respectful and I appreciated everything they did for me.

I was very pleased with my new Nectar mattress. The 12" height was perfect and the comfort and support level were perfect. I had been sleeping on a Casper mattress and the Nectar Mattress is just a comfortable, I like it more because of the extra inch of foam.

I spent two months trying to adjust to this mattress. I have Ehler’s Danlos and fibromyalgia and the Nectar mattress, while the appropriate firmness to keep my spine aligned, was too hard for my pressure points. I called to return it and allowed myself to be talked into a soft topper, which did help. Until it didn’t. I decided again to return it only to discover I was five days past the one year warranty. The mattress sags now and is no longer supportive. No w I have to buy a whole new bed and regret not returning it on my first try. I toss and turn all night and wake up in extreme pain.

I was super skeptical about buying a mattress in a box as I was convinced it would be unsupportive and too hot. To my surprise, my nectar is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned! I'm a very curvy side sleeper and I feel both supported and yet a lack of pressure where its important. The only thing, if you are someone who likes to hang out or work in bed, this might not be the mattress for you. I find it really hard to bring my laptop to bed and get some work done but for most people I don't know that this will be an issue!

We bought a twin for the guest bedroom and I almost always end up moving into there in the middle of the night. I generally prefer firm mattresses but this gives a little more softness without being TOO soft. It also stays nice and cool where as our tempurpedic gets so warm at night and I wake up sweating. Really debating upgrading to a full size and replacing our main bedroom mattress.

So I was so excited to get my mattress in. When it came we opened it and let it sit for two days in our spare room. When it came time to put it on, it did not fit. We have an old log bed that I am in love with that was handed down to us telling us it is a California king size. Everything I have ever gotten for it was California king. Oh and yes the mattresses came with it. Come to find out it is a split king. So my new mattress did not fit. Now in hindsight I realize I should have measured it beforehand, but when you are told something g for over 10 years, well. I called them about this and I was told I have to wait thirty days to be able to initiate a return. I have to wait 30 days with a mattress I was so excited about that does not fit. A mattress that is currently back in the spare bedroom because I can not move it onto our bed. To say I am disappointed and sad is an understatement.

During my 365 trial I complained of back pain and requested a softer model. I was sent a bed topper that smelled like some type of chemical which I did not feel comfortable using with my newborn child in the room . The smell was strong enough to fill the entire upstairs. I have now completed my trial and I'm stuck with this very firm bed. It never broke it and got "softer" as some people reviewed.
