(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.

My husband and I are both in our early thirties and had been noticing back and shoulder pain when waking up every morning on our old mattress so I started the search for a more comfortable option for us. To be honest, the 365 night trial was what ultimately sold me on the Nectar (as well as all the amazing reviews). I sleep on my side and would often be tossing and turning due to the pain and pressure of sleeping on my hip. After the first night on our Nectar, I didn’t have that pain or pressure. And when waking up, there was no pain in my lower back!! The ONLY thing I would change is a color option other than white for the sheet set that comes with it. White just doesn’t mix well with five kids and a dog and cat in the house!!

I had previously suffered too long on a latex/inner spring hybrid from Ikea. I purchased a Nectar , wondering if it would be too firm for me. Turns out firm is better for my back. I put a pillowtop type of topper on it and I can't wait to go to bed! I'm about halfway through my 365 night trial but I knew the first week it was a keeper!

Me and my girlfriend were looking to upgrade to a king bed. Once we found the bed set we needed a mattress. After several hours of research we decided on the Nectar mattress and we were not disappointed. After a few weeks of using the mattress we have had zero issues falling and staying asleep. We highly recommend this mattress to anyone.

This mattress felt amazing when I first got it in Jan 2021, but I wish I could return it. My hips, shoulders, and now *NEW* lower back pain is unbearable. I'm already shopping for a new mattress and I've only had this for 1.5 years. Very bummed out and disappointed.

I wanted to love Nectar. I wanted to like this bed. But man, every morning I wake up stiff and uncomfortable! The bed is very firm with very little give to it. After trying for over a month, we decided to return the bed because my back pain in the morning has gotten worse each day. *I have never woken up with a sore back from a bed before* The return process has been long and frustrating and we feel that the website was quite misleading on the process.

My wife and I upgraded to this mattress after 7 years on her old queen spring mattress. The upgrade has been well worth it. Set up was easy, customer service was beyond helpful, and the mattress has been a huge improvement. We both used to wake with aches and pains, but now we have none. We also are often getting in and out to attend to our newborn, and the mattress doesn't move from one side to the other, so there is no disturbing the sleeping partner. We are very happy with this purchase.

Doesn’t feel like a normal mattress. The feel takes some getting used to, but in the morning the lack of pain in my hips and shoulders was great. We seem to fall asleep faster and wake more refreshed in the morning. The lifetime guarantee can’t be beat!

Finally found an affordable, luxurious mattress! Love the ‘unfolding’ process when you open the box & let this expand….. I sleep heavenly in my new Nectar queen mattress & just love the whole ‘kit’ - bed frame, headboard, linen and mattress pad. A total package!

We were in desperate need for an upgrade on our bed. I've always enjoyed going to bed at the end of the day, but now it feels like a decadent treat every night. Hotel level comfort. My only complaint is that some of sheets don't fit very well; I think the nectar is quite deep and our fitted sheet pops off. The nectar sheets that came with the bed don't have this problem.
