It's been about a month. Waited about a week before using it since it was still off-gassing. The bed never expanded to a true queen size, it's 2 inches smaller width wise so the bed frame underneath sticks out and poses a safety hazard. The bed itself is ok. Super lightweight so you can move it around.... But it also is moved out of place very easy without something to hold it in place. Don't believe the purchase is worth it.

The quality, price, and ordering process is exceptional. Our delivery arrived quickly and in great condition. We purchased the full size mattress and the upholstered headboard and frame. The mattress frame was insanely easy to put together, the wooden slats and overall structure is very sturdy. All the tools are included, instructions are clear, the mattress opens and expands quickly and is super comfortable. Perfect for any bedroom use whether it’s everyday or guest room purposes. Ours is particularly for other family/guest/use. We are so so happy!

We have had this mattress for a couple of years now and at least twice a week, as I climb into bed at night, I tell my husband, "I sure do love this mattress"! The mattress is comfortable for back, side, and stomach sleeping. We are honestly so spoiled by it that we haven't found another mattress at any hotel, Air BnB, or friend's house that even comes close to the comfort that this mattress delivers. The copper infused mattress stays cool and comfortable all night long. I have recommended this mattress to ANYBODY who has even briefly mentioned needing a new mattress. It is truly THE BEST!

So this mattress didn’t work for me unfortunately. However, I am still giving them 5 stars because the mattress is a good mattress! It’s just not good for how I specifically sleep. When I called to return it, they offered me a mattress topper for free to try. I did because why not? That still didn’t work for my back unfortunately so I called again to return it. They did everything WHILE STILL ON THE PHONE. I took a picture of my mattress and tags while the customer service rep waited, she put the information in for my refund while I waited. Now everything on their end is done and I just have a few more steps to get my refund. I really appreciate how great their customer service is. If you are thinking of trying this mattress, do it. If you don’t like it, it’s not even a hassle to return it. They are fantastic and it makes me so sad that this didn’t work for me.

I want to update a previous review I posted when I was very very unhappy with Nectar customer service. They read my review and promptly took action. So reviews matter! In the past week they have contacted me and are sending 2 new mattresses to me to replace ours which did not inflate properly. I want to thank Izzy for all her help!! We love their mattresses, have bought several now and normally customer service has been great. Not sure this time why it took a while to get to the right decision makers, but Nectar customer service has redeemed themselves! Thank you!!!

Overall it feels soft and comfortable. The sheets are soft and help getting hot. But it’s just not enough support, and every morning since we’ve started sleeping on it my neck and shoulders are severely knotted. It also never completely unrolled flat. At the foot of one side of the bed the mattress is still lifted a good 10in off of the frame. Underwhelmed.

I bought this to replace our old spring mattress. After reading reviews we were really excited to order the Nectar mattress. We purchased it January of 2022. I hate it. I wake up with back pain every morning. I toss and turn trying to get comfortable and just can’t. I’ve had 6 months of terrible sleep. The pillows are even worse. They bunch up behind your head and push your chin to your chest while sleeping on your back.

I was so excited for this new bed to be delivered. The frame and headboard was not difficult at all to put together The instructions were clear and it is sturdy and very nice looking. The wooden slats didn't seem to be the best as there were pieces of wood glued together to make some of the pieces but in the end it all worked out. The bed itself is amazing. My husband is skeptical of everything and he was falling asleep almost instantly laying in this bed. He recently was hit while on his motorcycle so the back pain as you can imagine has been intense. We finally decided a new bed was needed for this very reason. I am so happy with this purchase!

Our 10-year-old Tempurpedic was losing it's memory :) So we found Nectar, and we bought a full for the guest room. Then we bought a king for us! It's been 2 weeks of sound sleep. The cooling gel layer makes a HUGE difference if you sleep hot, like I do. The price is right for a quality mattress without breaking the bank. We love it!

My son loves his bed and thinks its very comfortable . Mine on the other hand is uncomfortable to where I wake up every morning with back pain. Im not shirt if its not firm enough or if its too firm. If you guys could help me out with that I would be very happy.
