We replaced our old mattress and in our search came across nectar. I wasn’t familiar with the name but after some research and great reviews we decided to give it a chance. What a great decision. I have slept like a baby for the fast 3 nights making it almost impossible to get out of my bed. It was a great choice.

I ordered based on reviews and I am pretty sure it is comfortable to sleep on just like any other mattresses. I called three times to correct the address before and during the delivery. It was delivered to another city. From day one, the company couldn't do the job right and every time I called it sounded like a foreign person with an accent. Almost a month now with no mattress. Very unprofessional and seriously poor service to treat me that way with full price. I highly don't recommend you to order online. I recommend buying locally if you want your new mattress asap. The online can't guarantee you a delivery time. It will be a month or longer due to high backorders. I am writing this because I don't want you to go through what I did. I will never order a mattress online again for LIFE! I will only buy locally to deliver a mattress asap (next day or two). Nectar will be happy to refund your money if you are not happy with their service. Support local mattress companies. They will treat you right to get your mattress fast. I have gone twice with an online mattress company if you don't mind waiting a month or longer to get your mattress. I have to do a lot of work for Nectar. They seem not to care for delivery matters and issues but tell you to get a refund. What the heck?!!! It is your choice. Be smart to shop locally and support locally only. Best of luck.

I purchased this mattress in 2018. It started out okay. Over the past 4 years, the mattress is sagging where the center is like a gully when 2 average weight people are in the bed. You literally have to crawl out of it! I was going to purchase a new mattress (Not Nectar again) In my search Nectar came up in the reviews as one of the best mattresses. I decided to contact Nectar to see about the warrantee, It has now been 11 days of sending Nectar over 30 pictures of the mattress! Mind you every time they request more, you have to strip your bed down to the mattress pad! We took pictures as request of: All 4 corners, a birds eye view, weight testing with 2 gal. jugs of water, level with a ruler to show the gully! I would get emails from Nectar to confirm my address for replacement and 2 hours later I would get an email requesting MORE pictures! Spoke to another representative today (On hold now for 45 min) She said they were going to honor replacement, took my shipping address, put me back on hold and now tells me they are NOT going to send a new mattress as the gully has to be more the 1 1/2"!!! I told her putting 2 gallons of water on a bed is not the same equivalent as 2 adult size humans in a bed. Weight test is ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manager and now have been on hold for 45 minutes. All managers are busy on phone is what I am told. Anyway, beware buying this mattress as if you run into an issue, they will have you jump through hoops and will most likely will not honor the "warrantee".

My husband and I desperately needed a new bed. We had a queen size bed that would leave us with aches and feeling tired every morning. We also had our first child and didn’t have much room for her. This mattress made a huge difference to our energy levels after the first night! It’s absolutely worth the price.

This is the best mattress I have ever had. I had been sleeping on a twin XL that I had had since I was a teen and once I got my current job and was being so active I started to notice my shoulders and neck would be stiff in the morning. I wanted to get a bigger bed anyway but ever since I got my nectar mattress I have never had that shoulder and neck pain since. I tend to sleep on the left side more than the right side so I did rotate it recently because I want it to stay even but otherwise I haven't noticed any other wear and tear.

If you are contemplating which mattress to buy, you can stop reading reviews right now. This is the one! My husband and I are hot sleepers and this mattress is perfect. It does not retain our body heat. It has definitely helped the pressure points for both of us. We’re both side sleepers and have experienced drastic improvements in our hip and shoulder pain. Excellent mattress for the price and love the sheets and the pillows are nice too, however, I kept my old pillow just because I didn’t want too much change at once. My husband has tried it and really likes it though! Quit looking and just buy this one!!

I will say the first week I was really questioning my purchase. It has gotten a bit better. But still seems warmer than I like. I have purchased cooling sheets hopefully they will help. I purchased for our bed that will become a guest bedroom after our move. I probably will not purchase another Nectar.

When you sleep on the bed you end up rolling off the sides of it. One side didn't even inflate correctly It has now been 2 weeks and we have done everything we can. They haven't tried to help us in anyway to getting a new bed even after the pictures were sent in of my concerns. Do not recommend! Unless you want to be 1,100 in debt of a bed that doesn't work

Took me about a 2 weeks to find a mattress after researching. So happy i bought this mattress. I went all in also and got the foundation, bedding and quilt and its all well worth it and a great bundle deal. Everything that was sent from mattress to bedding was packed perfectly and neatly packaged in box. Sheets are so soft and quilt is comfortable. Hybrid mattress is comfortable height is perfect also. I highly recommend nectar mattress. Customer service is great also.

I am truly in love with my new mattress!! My back would ache every morning, when I slept on my old mattress. The Nectar mattress is cool, comfortable, and it gives me the best sleep ever! I concur with the other reviews. Goodbye backaches!! Also, the freebies are wonderful addition!
