I was a bit skeptical of this mattress because last time I bought a mattress (about 15 years ago) I tried a different memory foam product (Tempurpedic) and it was terrible for my back. I had to return it and ended up with a different brand. But I'm very happy I took a chance on the nectar, which is a wonderful sleep experience and has truly helped my back and hip pain.

Great for side sleepers and back sleepers. Just the right amount of firmness and softness. Highly recommend! I initially purchased a helix and swapped it out for Nectar because it was way too firm and uncomfortable. This is definitely the choice mattress!

I wanted the harder one but my boyfriend wanted the medium so I compromised. If this mattresses is considered medium then I can not imagine how soft the "firm" one is. Even he doesn't like it. If you like softer mattresses go with nector. If you are looking for firm this is definitely not the brand for you. The mattresses seem to be made well and shipping is fast. I have no qualms with the company just the firmness.

I bought this after a great deal of research as a surprise Christmas gift for my wife (OK, me too!) We had been talking for some time about trying out a memory foam type of mattress. It feels like I researched a hundred of them! Ultimately, I chose the Nectar. We slept on it for the first time January 2nd. So, as of this writing, it has been 11 days. So far, so good! We love it! We have a king-size 4 post bed that previously had a box spring and mattress. We didn't want to buy new furniture for the bed so we placed the Nectar mattress on our existing box springs hoping for the best. It's perfect!

TLDR: After 3.5 years I’m switching back to innerspring. Before the Nectar I had a soft hybrid mattress that gave me terrible back pain so anything was better than that. Nectar is ok, don’t get me wrong, but it’s just not for us. It’s more firm than I expected causing numbness in my shoulders (I’m only 120 lbs). But not firm enough in my hips so my lower back is not supported well enough and I wake up with so much tightness. When I lay on my back, my bottom dips into the mattress causing an arch in my back so when I wake up, I cannot bend over or squat down without so much pain. Interestingly, my big muscly boyfriend also gets numb shoulders and upper back from this bed so we have both become stomach sleepers on this bed and that’s why we’re throwing in the towel and getting yet another new bed. I will say setup was easy and I had no issue with that. I also feel like it greatly reduced motion transfer compared to innerspring! But it also gets much hotter and it’s just unbearable in the summer. And after 3.5 years, there’s a dent where we each sleep, so the lower back issue has become worse. After spending a week in a hotel with an innerspring mattress, I realized how bad the Nectar bed was for me. In the hotel I was waking up pain free every day even after an all-day hike. I loved this bed when I first got it, probably just because it was so much better than my soft mattress before, but maybe also it’s worn out quickly.

Our old mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, old and awful. We did a lot of research and decided on Nectar for our guest room. It's much more comfortable and came quickly and was set up easily. My only complaint is that it's been a month and the corners still haven't quite unfurled from the original packaging. It's also not as "cool" as I had hoped, but still very comfortable and you honestly cannot feel the other person move.

I love everything about it, besides cooling. It's advertised to keep cool, but does not hold up to it. But besides that I love that my body fully fills into its own comfy position and it wraps around me comfy to sleep. I definitely recommend this mattress if you do not carry extreme body heat.

I really want to give this bed a higher rating. It shipped quick and expanded great. At first when laying down at night this bed is super comfy. I am a side sleeper and as the night goes on my hips are absolutely killing me. I am up every 45 minutes changing sides. We’ve had the bed now for about a month and a half. We are going to give it some more time to try to adjust to the mattress change but it’s not looking good. I did go to a local store to test this bed prior to purchasing it. It felt great to lay in for a couple minutes, but I think the once the foam warms and your body sinks a bit that that 2nd layer of foam is so hard and uncomfortable.

I switched to twin Xl bed and mattress because I was getting too big for my regular twin. My mom has a queen Nectar Mattress and she loves hers. I figured I’d get one as well. I’m having a hard time adjusting to the mattress. It’s way too soft and my back really hurts. I called customer service to possibly return it but they suggested a mattress topper to help firm it up. They sent me a blue piece of foam I’m assuming to put under the mattress protector. I’ll try a few more nights and see if that helps.

The bed is definitely large, but we seem to have more problems than we did before. My husband and I both now wake up with their hands feeling numb I don't know if it's cuz we like to sleep on our side but it's not comfortable. It's a soft bed type and that's fine.
