I looked forward to this purchase but I can honestly say I’ve never been happy with this mattress. It’s only gets worse with time. After a year I have terrible back and hip pain and can’t sleep comfortably. Also do not waste your money on the bed frame. Completely fell apart within a year and trying to return either is an annoying process.

Some say it’s smart packaging that they store the pieces for your bed frame inside the back of the headboard. But because they placed the metal facing up in mine, it ripped through my headboard during shipment. On top of that the box and headboard were wet… I messaged live support three times, each time they asked for proof, I sent it, they said yes we got the pictures, can I have your information? I send it to them and then they never responded. I requested a replacement within 20 minutes of receiving my package, the pictures were clear, I gave all my info, so there was no reason to not at least try to help with this.

I've struggled to find a mattress and pillow that didn't cause me to have neck problems or lower back pain. My fiance and I are very different sleepers. She primarily sleeps on her side and demands a mattress be extremely soft. I am the EXACT opposite. It is amazing that this mattress fits both of our needs. The surface level is soft, but the mid layer conforms to your body and supports you. 10/10 would purchase again. The pillows are also amazing.

I bought the Mattress a few years back. Zip on cover has lint balls all over it after 1 wash and one stained spot bc are dog. And they won't sell or replace the zip on cover. Bc its stained well that's hole F-ing reason I want a new cover.... and the bed has a big dip in it o. My side of the bed and they won't replace the hole bed.... what's the point of a warranty

I had such high hopes for this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and our previous memory foam mattress developed crater-like indentions (foam got amnesia?) LOL. After a few months, the Nectar has started indentions again, where I feel like I'm in a hole. I was hoping for better than that. I dunno. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a mattress.

If you receive a defect in mattress, they will offer to send another one but you have to get rid of the defect one yourself. I ended up getting a refund because I didn’t want to take a risk of receiving another defect, then I would have to get rid of 2 mattresses.

Bought this for my 83 year old mother and she is sleeping better than she has in years. Thanks so much for a comfortable bed, ease of purchase, quick delivery and easy set up. Will need to buy another mattress soon for my personal home and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was making my bed just now and I realized I never wrote a review and felt compelled to do so. I purchased my Nectar way back on 6/9/2020 after looking at this alongside the premium version. My husband has back & knee issues (he’s 46 but you would think he was 65) and I’ve always been partial to harder mattresses due to a spinal fusion. Since we bought this mattress, my husband no longer wakes up in pain (he still comes home from work with pain, but that’s another story). He stopped complaining about our hard mattress and has even said that it was the best thing I have ever bought. Even though it is a softer mattress, I have not had neck issues at all, in fact it’s like laying on a cloud. My 14 year old daughter was laying on my bed this afternoon and said it was soooo much more comfortable than the one she has (hint, it’s a color) and asked me to get her a nectar too. Lastly, I should also mention how much my dogs like this bed. My older arthritic dog sometimes disappears and I find her in our bed rather than her orthopedic pet bed. Overall, the bed stays pretty cool. The waterproof cover has also held up very well. I highly recommend this mattress, once you lay in it you won’t want to get out. I didn’t notice any bad or chemical smells while it was inflating and none are present now.

I absolutely LOVE the Nectar mattress and pillows. It has just the right amount of softness and firmness, and molds to the body for great support. Before this mattress, I had trouble sleeping. Now I am getting a comfortable, full night's sleep of approximately 8 hours. So happy I got this mattress!!

The only positive thing about Nectar was the convenience of shopping online. The worse sleep of my life, I don't want to return it because I don't want to deal with the hassle and I cant be without a mattress. I'm going to try to return and repost if they make it impossible
