There are very few things that are are incredibly important to invest in your life; Shies, tires, and by far in my opinion a mattress. I was hesitant to buy one online as we didn't get to test it first, but honestly laying down in a mattress store for 30 seconds isn't exactly a great indicator whether it will work for you or not anyway. My wife's back pain is so much better since we purchased! She is a back sleep and me a stomach/side, and it's made a huge difference in our quality of life. I could open it on my own with a bit of effort but not much problem. When it opened I thought it would be way too soft for me. I'm still getting used to it but I've slept very well. Normally I'm a light sleeper but it doesn't happen as often as before. It might not be a cool mattress but it's cold here so I don't really mind. I'll wait for summer to see how bothersome it is.

I absolutely hate this mattress I’ve had it for 3 weeks and it took a month to get it. My back hurt more then it’s hurt in my entire life. I woke up every couple hours in pain my whole back would pop every time I moved or turned positions. Don’t buy it! I can’t even get a refund for another week with there stupid 30 day policy. I went and purchased a Sealy hybrid at mattress firm and I’ve been sleeping like a baby ever since. Don’t buy this garbage

I purchased this matress six years ago and when I first bought it I slept great, especially when switching from a conventional bed. Over the last year or two I've woken up with chronic back pain. Initially I thought it was my pillow and I tried every pillow known to man with no relief. It wasn't untill I started falling asleep on my couch of all things that I realized it was just my matress. When I began sleeping in bed the pain came back, same with camping, no pain to then sleep in my bed again severe back pain. I realize this matress has a lifetime warranty but like most companies there's a lot of if, and, but, or. It served me well for the price but I expect 8-10 years out of a matress not 5. Best I can tell it just doesn't support the natural S curve of my spine anymore and it has gotten too soft causing be to over arch or under arch my back.

I have had it for a month and it’s been great thus far. Great price, memory pillows and sheets included with the deal. Easy to set up. It’s a bit softer than my last memory mattress, but I like that feeling of sinking in like I’d imagine sleeping on clouds. I don’t feel hot sleeping on it like my previous one. I’d buy another one for a spare bedroom

I was very skeptical of buying any mattress online. Especially when my current mattress was perfect. Mine was just a size to small. This is when I decided to look at Nectar along with other online mattress brands. Nectar had an amazing deal with the sheets and pillows that basically came free so I said why not and they have a really good warranty/trial. I’ve had the mattress for almost 2 months and I have no complaints it feel just as good if not a little better than my original mattress. It has the perfect balance between being soft and firm. Also the sheets they sell 10/10 buy them they are amazingly soft and comfortable!

My then-husband and I purchased a Nectar mattress in March 2019 and loved it. The relationship ended and I decided to re-purchase the same mattress because I really liked the one we had. It's not the same. My immediate reaction was that it's softer and the edges aren't as supportive. It feels more like a cheaper foam mattress. I really considered returning it but there's been enough else on my plate that I haven't gotten around it. I've gotten used to it enough that I likely won't at this point (5 weeks) but I don't know that I'll buy another one.

This has been the best mattress for helping with my back pain and overall providing an amazing nights sleep that I’ve ever owned. The only thing I would change is maybe having a talk with the delivery companies about taking better care of packages as the box it had arrived in was very beat up and torn in a couple of places.

left mattress for 36 hours to fully expand. sides are curled up 3 to four inches hard lump in center of mattress. Have take pics with phone and have had to have help getting it transfer to my email. I'd first spoken to maria about problem and she instructed to take pics to send. What di i need to do for replacement.

I was hesitant to buy bed in a box, but I had bad back and neck pains for a long time. My back pain has gotten significantly better, and my sleep apnea has actually even gotten better since the new bed. Sleeping better, breathing better, highly recommend. Also, the product came in like 3 days. I was shocked to see this on my doorstep so fast. The cooling pillows are also awesome!! Good work nectar!
