The quality of my nectar mattress is 5 stars. But I've been disappointed overall with not one, but two nectar experiences. I purchased a mattress from them several years ago and although it was listed as a queen, the bed was not a full queen size. I'm having the opposite experience this time around. I sold my last mattress to a friend but decided to go with nectar again when I moved to another state. They have great reviews and are the most affordable all around. This time the queen mattress is bigger than a normal queen, which wouldn't be a problem except that it doesn't fit on the queen sized platform I also bought. It's super annoying to spend this much money on a platform and mattress only to have its not totally fit. I even had the company send another platform because after taking measurements, it seemed that the platform size was the problem and not the queen mattress. However, the mattress still doesn't fit on the queen sized platform. So, I don't even know. I don't want to buy another platform after all the effort I've put into setting up my bed. But you can tell the mattress doesn't completely fit.

Its been a month since we have purchased our mattress. Initially we received the email that our bed was being shipped only to find out that it was lost. Now its been 2 weeks and our replacement mattress since hasnt been shipped. Although the company reps have been very apologetic, no one seems to have an answer. Why is it so hard to get another bed on a truck and delivered to us? All we keep getting is the excuse that the re order has been put in however there seems to be movement nor info on the new bed. This is extremely disappointing not only because we still have no bed but we could have went with another bed in the box company and we apparently made the wrong decision. Perhaps if we do ever get our bed i may write a different review of the product but as of now i absolutely do not recommend this company. They seem to have no handle on their products once they get your credit card payment.

I (seriously) delayed upgrading my mattress. Previous mattress was 12-15 years old. The difference is staggering. My only complaint is that I was forced to move after purchase and it didn't seem to like that too much. First night in the new place it was stiffer, but it corrected quickly. 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased two full size Nectar mattresses and I must say they are amazing quality and super comfortable. They are firm but not too firm, and they are thick and durable with a great warranty. There was barely any odor when we opened the plastic and it opened to its full size rather quickly (we gave it a full 48 hours prior to using) overall, the bed is super comfortable and we will certainly be purchasing another one soon.

This mattress is a huge game changer in the quality of sleep I've been getting. I was also a complete idiot and fat-fingered my delivery address and their customer service is PHENOMENAL. They were incredibly helpful and was able to correct my mistake.

I dont normally write reviews but I had to for this mattress. I was so hesitant because I've never owned a memory foam mattress and I didn't even try one out before buying this one. So although I can't compare it to other memory foam mattresses I will say this one changed my life. Most people said it would take a while for my body to adjust but honestly I slept so hard the very first night I DIDNT MOVE. I wake up every morning feeling so refreshed and well rested. I am a hot sleeper and didn't find myself getting overheated ever which was something I was also worried about. I usually sleep on my back but found that if I do sleep on my side I no longer have the ache in my hip and my arm doesn't fall asleep if I do. This mattress is WELL WORTH the money. I even loved the sheet set/bed frame and everything that came with it. Everything came super quick and SUPER EASY to set up. I dont think everyone realizes how much a good night's sleep impacts your daily life. After buying this mattress I can honestly say it changed EVERYTHING. Now if only it could make me breakfast in bed, do my laundry and pay my taxes... come on Nectar! :)

We where very ynsure about a bed we could not actually lay on before buying. But after doing alot of research we decided to make our purchase! We could not be more happy!! My husband has an very bad back and he said this is the besthe has feltin years. We where told memory foam took a while to get use to but we where instantly happy!! We will recommend Nectar to anyone look for a new bed!!

My wife and I have never slept on such a perfect mattress. I would have never selected this mattress in person as it feels incredibly soft to the press of a hand but holds up amazingly well during sleep. Best sleep on a mattress I've ever experienced.

I bought my nectar mattress 2 years ago, I have a lot of pain and needed something that was supportive yet soft enough to not exacerbate the pain I have. I also bought the adjustable base so that I could adjust my sleeping position to take the pressure off of certain areas. I ended up with a split king bed so that my husband didn’t have to sleep in the same position as I did. I have found that the mattress is hard, it also is very lightweight and I am constantly having to push it back onto the bed as when I get out of bed it slides with me. The adjustable base is a joke, since I have a split king I have 2 twin XL bases, one of which doesn’t work anymore at all and the other which has a broken crossbar like piece (the weld broke) and I have a very hard time getting the remote to turn it on correctly, or adjust the head part especially. Sometimes the massage features turns off after a couple minutes and other times I have fallen asleep and woken up hours later and it is still going. If I had to do it over again I would not have purchased this bed and frame, it was a lot of money for something That really doesn’t meet our needs. I know some people will say what about the guarantee they give, …that all sounds good but when a pandemic hits and you have to move cross country this is the last thing you have time for…

I was very worried about buying a mattress online. I spent months researching mattresses and finally narrowed it down to Nectar. It took about a month for my mattress to reach its final shape and for my body to adjust. After the first week I seriously considered returning it. But now it feels perfect. I am experimenting with additional mattress toppers and pads to keep the mattress cooler. The mattress does retain some heat, so if that bothers you just put a cooling memory foam pad on.
