I have had the mattress for 3yrs. Both of the sides have broken down badly where my husband and I lay. I reported it in hopes the warranty would cover it and because of a small tablespoon spill of Kool aid from a toddler it voided my warranty. All because I couldn't get the stain out. I advise you to read those warranties close cause its a joke. It should say its a lifetime warranty till they can find a reason for them to not support it. So upset by this as the first few years on the mattress were great. Till it had broken down to the point it was killing our backs in the morning. I do not recommend dealing with this company at all. We had purchased a California king.

I'm a side sleeper, and I replaced my Casper mattress with Nectar. It's softer, and that was needed. I think it's an excellent value. I also loved the sheet set that was included - so soft and high quality (though the pillows smelled bad for weeks). Honestly couldn't have been easier to order/setup. I wish shipping were a little faster, but I just ordered early. In the past, I also had a Classic Brands "cool gel" foam mattress, and that developed indentions, so I always had to rotate it. This foam springs back to normal.

My wife and I got the queen mattress and we absolutely love it. It is super comfortable it is a bit on the firm side but not uncomfortably so, which is perfect for us. My one complaint is that the sheets and pillows are pretty cheap and not very comfy. I'd suggest going with some nice sheets from another place. Other than that awesome mattress very satisfied.

I'll start by saying the first few months we had this mattress it was fine then after about the third month our backs are hurting really bad. Now that we've had it just barley over a year we've had to replace the bed frame three times now through nectar... The mattress is already sagging and they say it's normal but clearly it shouldn't be sagging like this. Everyday we wake up with either a migraine or back pain so bad that we can barely move. Not to mention we wake up covered in sweat this is was a never a thing till this bed... The washable cover if you wash it it turns orange and shrinks or rips. We highly do not recommend this bed to anybody who is wanting a new bed. Save yourself the back pain in trouble.

I had a full for our old mattress and I thought let’s get the same size. We don’t have any issues with the size now. The Nectar one was definitely smaller than my original full. The comfort level is decent but I love the pillows it came with and the sheets.

I want to love this mattress! It’s more firm than I was hoping and after a month I am still sore sleeping on it. It’s not the mattress’ fault, it’s really well made. I need to look into the return process and possibly get the other version that has more “give”. Otherwise I’ll put a topper on it.

I purchase the twin size and I couldn’t be any happier, before purchasing Nectar twin mattress I would wake up with so much discomfort in my back and did not sleep well at all. But now I sleep well no more sleepless nights this mattress is a must have I’ll tell you hurry and get this mattress you won’t regret it. Ordered the mattress and foundation in May . My son loves the mattress but the foundation is falling apart just from weight from sleeping on it the leg just fell apart and the bed collapsed while he was sleeping . Very cheaply made and the material was even damaged when we opened the box but my son said it was ok , because he thought it would only be a cosmetic issue . Now the mattress doesn’t have a sturdy foundation to sleep on . Customer service keeps giving me the run around and the bed and frame is supposed to have a three year warranty ! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep said they aren’t available. They continue to ask for pictures through email I’ve already sent . This is beyond frustrating and ridiculous!

I am in LOVE with this mattress! I thought I was sleeping well before but Nectar has been a game changer. I’m sleeping through the night, having better quality of sleep (according to my Fitbit), and back and neck pain has disappeared. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long to get one!

It is a very firm mattress, I don’t actually like firm mattresses but this was my first time trying memory foam! The online buying process was extremely easy the price was more than generous and the packaging was really cool! And it was very easy to set up however I am just not a big fan of firm mattresses, I recommend this mattress to anyone that does like a more firm matress!
