This mattress was bought with my partner’s hurting back in mind and while i tend to gravitate toward softer mattresses for myself, I have appreciated the firmness of this mattress so far. I like that either one of us can come into bed at different times and not disturb the other person’s sleep. The platform was easy to put together and looks great in the bedroom.

I bought a queen mattress and bed frame and I FINALLY after a month wake up pain free! I am loving my new bed, if you don’t have one I recommend that you get one!! Only bad thing is, I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning because I’m so comfortable. Best mattress ever!!

I was staring to develop back pain due to our old mattress, but after one night on the Nectar I noticed a drastic change! After the second night my pain was gone. I’m a very light sleeper so anytime my husband turned it would wake me, but now I do not feel him mice at all. This was also a good thing for him because I too toss and turn and now he doesn’t feel me moving at all. Every night we get in bed it still feels just as comfortable as our first night. Best purchase of the year!

So far it’s fine although I sleep hot and despite the add that said it sleeps cool. I have had this mattress for about four days and know that there’s a break in period so I hope it will get better. As far as the unboxing and the off gassing I had no problems. The delivery time was seventeen work days so that was disappointing but the staff at the call center were some what helpful.

I purchased a bed in a box years ago when they first became available. There are a lot more companies to purchase from and they keep getting better and better. This mattress is very comfortable. Have recommended it to friends were in the market for this type of mattress

I was nervous to try the Nectar, but I really like it. I get slightly warm during the night, but other than that I have no complaints. It is a really comfortable mattress with the perfect amount of firmness and softness. Overall, I am glad I bought it.

After first unpackaging the bed felt super soft but after it sat for a day it firmed up nicely. The edges don't sink in when you sit on the side which is great for memory foam beds. We bought a cheap memory foam bed from a local store and this bed feels much better. If you add a little pillow topper on I think it will be perfect.

I was uneasy upon delivery. After letting the mattress inflate for a few hours, the initial sit test on my new mattress was worrisome. Sleeping on a such a firm foam mattress seemed impossible. Had I made a big mistake?… BUT my first night sleep was great! And every sleep since has been remarkably sound! However, if I had my druthers, I would have a small soft pillow-top layer to the mattress. And it’s a little warmer sleep than I’d prefer, but only just. All in all, wonderful purchase. No regrets.

Smells like chemicals. Took about two weeks to stop smelling. The smell transfers to anything that the mattress touches. I smelled like it after sleeping on it. With mattress pad and sheets. My pillows picked up the smell. The mattress is way to soft. I sank in about 3-4". I'm 6'2" 270lbs. Hard to move side to side. Woke up every day with a backache. Had to go to doctor to get pain medication. Made me hotter than normal. I have nothing good to say about it.

(Your representative on Chat suggested that I post this.) I hesitate to write this for fear that you may think that I am a chronic complainer. However, in fairness to you, I need to let you know about my experience with your mattress. In early April, my wife and I ordered one of your Premier mattresses. I placed the order after a lot of research and conclusion that Nectar was the best option for a new and reliable mattress. After our first night, we were firm Nectar mattress believers. After the first couple of nights, we noticed that many morning aches and pains had almost disappeared. We were so impressed that we began letting our family and friends know about our discovery. Then, I noticed that on one side of the mattress, it appeared to be sagging. It looked like the top layer of foam was not cut straight, resulting in an obvious drooping in the middle of the left side. I notified your customer service and provided the requested photos. After their evaluation, it was determined that the mattress was defective and they graciously sent us a new one. I was told to dispose of the old one, which I did. Unfortunately, almost everything we enjoyed about the original mattress seemed to be missing in the next one. Unlike its predecessor, it was much less firm and did not provide the quality night’s sleep we had enjoyed. When I turn over at night, it's like I am laying atop a bowl of Jello! The difference has been so dramatic that I wondered if I had been sent a regular Nectar and not the Premier. It is, however, labeled a "Premier." Needless to say, our disappointment has been very real! At this point, I am not asking you to do anything to remedy the situation. You have honored your warrantee thus far, and I have no doubt that you will continue to do so. We intend to continue sleeping on the mattress for the next couple of months to ensure that all this is not just our imagination. However, in light of the fact that old aches and pains have recurred, I must say that I am not optimistic. Please allow this information to document the problem we are having so it won't be a surprise if we choose to return our mattress in the future. Thank you for your time.
