Not so impressed! After a few weeks of sleeping on your mattress we are a little disappointed that it isn't much better than the 7 year old bed in a box we just discarded! The coolness factor is not any better than our old mattress (which is one of the reasons we purchased Nectar). It seems it has better support than our old mattress but their is no WOW factor at all! Pressure relief as a side sleeper is maybe slightly better than my old Mattress.

Wanted to love, but... 1. While comfortable enough, there is not enough support. It does not support side sleepers enough nor reduce pressure points as claimed. Husband still wakes with compressed hip from side sleeping 2. No edge support. If you are near edge of bed, sitting or laying, you will feel like you are going to fall out, as there is no structure or support to keep you in. 3. Purchased the pillows, they are so-so. Adequate, but nothing extraordinary. 4. Purchased the "luxury" sheet set. It is so not luxury, I'm guessing 200-300 thread count at best, and they came in an undesired white stripe pattern, and shrunk from the first wash. Just barely covers the sides of matters. We thought we were getting solid white sheet set, as advertised. 5. Purchased the box base. Thought we were getting a light Grey color fabric, received a dark charcoal or "black" as they call it. The marketing first photo shows a light to medium gray...this is NOT what you get. 6. The "Queen" seems smaller than a normal Queen, though we didn't actually measure yet. The mattress overhangs the brands box frame by an inch or more on each side, AND the mattress slips around like crazy on the slat base. 7. The mattress and base we bought does NOT work with a standard Queen Headboard, as we hoped to re-use our fairly new existing headboard. The width is shy of the headboard again by an inch or so on each side. 8. We are considering returning and going with Temperedic afterall...what a disspointment :unamused: 9. Furthermore, this does not have any cooling effect as advertised. I have to lift my blanket ( it is currently winter in New England) as I get too warm.

After scouring numerous sites for "mattress reviews", we finally settled on the Nectar Premier Copper. We were so excited when we placed the order, but the excitement turned into disappointment and ultimately frustration. Our Nectar Premier Copper was received damaged (a rip on one side). After a phone call and a few emails of Nectarsleep trying to convince us just to "put another cover over it", they relented and shipped us a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, it was the incorrect mattress. I had photos of shipping labels, product labels, product identification, and the two products themselves. Nectarsleep refused to send me a replacement, so being very frustrated and not having slept one night on either mattress, I wished to exercise my 365 night guarantee and return this (incorrect) mattress. Nectarsleep refused to process the return and refund my money. I have since escalated to MasterCard with all of the photographic evidence. So Nectarsleep will have to a) explain to MasterCard why the two mattresses shipped were different, and b) why they refuse to honor their own return policy. Before Nectarsleep tries to say that their policy is to not process returns prior to 30 days, that statement is a lie. Their policy, as posted to the public, is that they RECOMMEND waiting 30 days to allow the mattress and your body to adjust. I was so frustrated I didn't want to wait 1 day. So this might actually be a good mattress, IF YOU GET THE RIGHT ONE ORDERED!

We did not like this mattress. We were previously on a Casper and this is much softer than that. Both of our backs and bodies started hurting much more sleeping on this mattress. We knew from the first week it would not work for us but they don't allow you to return it until a full 30 days pass, which is quite inconvenient. Anyway, I'm sure it's great for some but know that it's very soft compared to other high-end foam mattresses.

It’s really difficult to buy a mattress without trying it. So far it’s ok. Firmer than I though it would be but giving it a chance! It was as described and arrived in great condition. The company was excellent about checking on the FedEx issue and making sure that FedEx took care of business. I’m not sure yet if it’s the right mattress for me. I really appreciate their trial period!

I purchased the Queen mattress two months ago. The mattress is still so hard. I have walked on it (was told to do this to help soften it), and that didn’t help. I chatted with customer service and they sent me a topper. The topper is as hard as the mattress. I will be retuning the mattress and getting my money back.

Received my foundation today. Have been waiting a couple of days since receiving mattress and sheets. A leg was broken on the foundation. It will take 2 days for them to contact me to take care of the problem. That means it will be actually 4 days due to the weekend and the product is not useable.

Started off looking forward to trying the bed out. It's different being a memory foam. I like it in ways, at the same time, not sure memory foam is totally for me. Beyond that, I can't say my sleep has been much better. It's a decent bed and would recommend others to try, especially if they like memory foam. The biggest gripe I have is the smell. I had the mattress opened up and sitting for a full week to let it air out. Windows open part of the time, with a fan and air filter going. I then started sleeping on it after a week had gone by despite there still be a smell/odor to some degree. It's not always noticeable now, but a month later now, there can still be times when I walk into the bedroom and notice it. I am displeased about that.

I Purchased a King Classic Mattress From a Nectar Partner Furniture Store. I probably could have made the purchase online and saved a few dollars. They sold me on the ability to return the mattress if I was unhappy, much easier through them than going through Nectar. Not sure if that is true. I did get to test this mattress at the store. I felt the mattress was just right. Now after I have received my mattress. It's been 4 days It feels softer than what I tested in the store. I will say My back does feel better and I am noticing deeper sleep.

We love our king Nectar mattress. But the bed frame it came with is poor quality. The central legs immediately came out from out from under the bed, causing the whole thing to sag in the middle. Now I have to fabricate a solution on my own. We are not skinny people, but we're also not outrageously heavy. Bed frames should be designed to support the weight of all people. Am honestly very disappointed in this frame. Great mattress though. Stick to that.
