I just received my bed frame and mattress. It’s a very comfortable bed and the bed frame is cute but without a center support beam, and better slats that are sanded and not flimsy as these are, the middle of your mattress will sink in. Currently looking for slat replacements elsewhere.

Since sleeping on this mattress, I have not had achy joints or back. It is easier for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I used to wake up sore every morning but not on this mattress. I like that it is soft yet still firm. I do not like feeling like I am sleeping "on a cloud" because clouds do not have any support. This mattress has a little give to make it soft but is still firm for support. And, since it is a king, there is room for both my husband and I plus two of our big dogs. 10/10 recommend.

My wife and I received our mattresses a little over a year ago. The mattresses started off more firm than expected, we reached out and the company quickly sent us a mattress topper that helped a little. Looking back we wish we would have returned them during the 365 trial period as a few months past the time frame the mattresses have significantly degraded with large permanent depression have formed. My wife’s mattresses is so slanted she feels like she is going to roll off the bed. I’ve emailed and tried live chat and have gotten zero response from Nectar customer service on the issue.

When I first got this mattress, it was great! I'd never had a memory foam type mattress before, and it impressed me. It was comfy, way better sleep than the 8 yr old mattress I'd been using. Then time passed... Maybe I put on weight in my hips or something, but pretty soon my waist/hips area would be sinking in way more than any other part of my body. This happened in such a way that my lower back just got worse and worse. I've turned it around frequently, trying to keep it 'fresh', but after over a year of this mattress I am now looking hard at spending another large sum of money to replace this mattress. The new one will be a more standard, non memory foam bed. Only advice I could give is that maybe I should of gotten the firmest option? I got medium, but it just isn't doing the job. I'm now having back pain like I had on my previous 8 yr old standard mattress. 2 stars for the great first year and ease of delivery and installing.

I love how comfortable the mattress is, but the chemical smell isn't going away. I've had the mattress for almost two months. So if you're sensitive to it, I would think twice about purchasing it. It gave me massive eye allergies that I can't get rid of!

I am going to give it a little more time. It is very warm. O.k. in winter-but what about summer.? Also, I am not sure if it is firm enough. It feels very comfortable, but I am very stiff when I get up in the morning. I bought this bed to replace a waterbed, and Im unsure if it provides any more support. 365 day guarantee was a high selling point for me. Time will tell if I keep it.

Happy describes my review….very happy. After a lifetime (I am 82 years of age) on a traditional mattress, I took a chance. I’m trying out this new foam mattress delivered in a box. What a delightful surprise it has been. Comfortable from the word go, just the right degree of firmness, not hot or cold, not the least bit lumpy, not too heavy to change the linens. I can’t say enough good things about it.

This mattress is comfortable, but I feel like the level of firmness is not consistent throughout. The end of the bed and sides feel less firm than the middle, not sure if that's by design or not. I have only had it for two weeks, so I think I need more time to test it out.
