This is my third of the mattress. Two queens and one king. I continue to buy them since I like the medium soft with good support that works well as a side sleeper. The thickness is great for both the support and aesthetics to get some additional height for the bed off the ground. I would recommend this brand especially since it arrives quickly and in a box so you don’t need a doorman delivery if that doesn’t work for your home.

I had such high hopes for this mattress. I'm a side sleeper and our previous memory foam mattress developed crater-like indentions (foam got amnesia?) LOL. After a few months, the Nectar has started indentions again, where I feel like I'm in a hole. I was hoping for better than that. I dunno. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a mattress.

I thought I had struck gold when I came across the Nectar Bed Frame. It's perfect for my guest bedroom. The quality is a bit so/so, but considering that it wasn't that expensive, I guess that's to be expected. However, I am missing the supporting legs for the slats. Without the support legs, the slats are not sturdy enough to put a mattress on or sleep on. (Again, not the best quality, the bed frame feels a bit rickety). I reached out to Nectar Customer Service and their response was that they would reach out to the manufacturer. It's been several weeks, no slats. I have guests coming and won't be able to use the bed unless I make supporting legs on my own. Guess I got what I paid for.

It is a great mattress, hands down. However, when you purchase they don’t warn you just how heavy the package is going to be. If it is staying on first floor you can maybe drag it, if going to 2nd+ you’ll need help. At least 2 people if not 3. Same thing with the frame. Also, since it is so heavy and mattresses slide while using, it’s difficult to push back onto the frame. I live alone and have scraped the wooden floor just trying to get it back on the frame. The pillows are very firm and personally exacerbate my migraines. Like I said, I really enjoy this mattress, but it has also been such a hassle sometimes I wonder if it was worth the price.

Bought this for my 83 year old mother and she is sleeping better than she has in years. Thanks so much for a comfortable bed, ease of purchase, quick delivery and easy set up. Will need to buy another mattress soon for my personal home and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was very surprised by the comfort of the mattress, and I was over joyed by the comfort of the pillows. I was very a little nervous about ordering the Nectar but after sleeping on it "WOW" My son was so impressed he ordered a king size for him and his girlfriend.

I love this mattress. At first I thought it would be too firm, but I was wrong. I am 5'0 and 110Ilbs, and have had nothing but amazing sleep. It's not too firm, but is also firm enough to support. The only thing I can complain about is that it does sleep a little warm, but to be honest that just saved me money so I didn't have to buy king sized comforters

Originally I was quite pleased with the comfort level and feel of my Twin Memory Foam mattress. I still like my mattress after over a year however the Foundation Platform is another issue entirely. The other night my platform started caving in as the bolts securing it came loose and the metal support side beams started to bend and buckle. I tried adjusting the foundation but the slats would no longer hold as the frame was bent. I went to Nectar online and chatted with a rep. who told me I needed to submit pictures of the damage as well as a a picture of a tag that was supposed to be there on the frame. After half a dozen back and forth's there seemed to be a problem getting my situation addressed because there is no tag on the foundation. Finally I found a tad identifying the mattress on the flip side, took a photo and emailed it in. Apparently this wasn't good enough for them to address the problem. I stated I was only looking for a replacement not a refund or upgrade, all to no avail. Doesn't this company keep a record of what was shipped to who and when (they do have it on their database of orders as I later found). Shouldn't this along with photos suffice to get my problem addressed. There is no reason they cannot send me a replacement. They are using the excuse that they need the tag from the frame. Do their Chinese frame builders require this to okay and order of this poorly made item ? .... I am not going to do any further business with Nectar as I feel they do not back up their products. PS. I weigh 145 pounds and am not particularly rough on the bed.

I wouldn’t know what my mattress or adjustable frame, feel like. THEY ARE STILL IN BOXES IN GARAGE. I ordered the “white glove service” and then AFTER items were delivered I contacted company and they told me the white glove service not available at this time. So this disabled single female had to PAY 2 gentleman to get off my front porch & into garage - where it sits as I have been unable to get someone to assemble, Nectar however continues to offer the service on their website - even though I have suggested they remove several times. I WOULD have just ordered frame & mattress from a local firm store - had I known the service was unavailable. Still sleepless

First year with the mattress was amazing. Second year was still pretty good too. Now that we are in our fourth year, I almost hate it. The middle of the bed is the best place to sleep bow because its not smushed permanently by our bodies. Back pain is back and I toss and turn and sleep like crap. I will not buy another nectar.
