I never had a foam mattress before. So this is my very first experience and My husband and I can’t get enough of it. I used to constantly wake up with neck and back pain before. It’s not the case anymore. It’s perfectly firm, giving your back just enough support that you need. But it is also so cozy. My husband says he feels like he is sleeping in a marshmallow land. I usually fall asleep on the side, but wake up on my back. And I feel comfortable sleeping either way. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. We had it for almost a month now.

I've slept on my mattress for about a month now and the back pain I have is unbearable. I thought this mattress would help but has made me almost immobile. I was excited to get it being I had just a little back pain from previous mattresses and now it's absolutely horrendous pain

We purchased a queen sized mattress about 6 months ago for our 13 year old son and, I must say, the entire family absolutely LOVES the mattress! I dont usually write reviews but its soo amazing that I had to take the time to let people know. It is a perfect balance of supportive yet comfortable. It was well worth the price and when we are ready to replace other beds in our house, we will 100% purchase a Nectar. PS- the bed came with sheets and pillows at no additional cost. We like the sheets but I personally dont like the pillows. Theyre too stiff but considering they were free and my son likes them, I'm not going to complain.

The mattress itself is fine, but the frame the I purchased for it is not as sturdy as I thought. I doubt we will keep using it for very long. I will search local stores for a better, stronger frame. I am very disappointed how it turned out, specially for the price that I paid.

I’ve had a nectar mattress for about a year and a half now. At first I liked it (at little on the soft side for my preference but compromising for my partner), it was way better than the 9 year old mattress that I had previously. However, after a year of use there is now little to no support and my back is killing me every morning. I wish we had returned within the 365 trial period but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle at the time. Now it’s a huge regret. This mattress that I’ve had for only a year and a half feels like the 9 year mattress I had previously. Now I have to go buy another mattress since I am so uncomfortable it’s disrupting my sleep. Very disappointed.

My parents have this bed plus the adjustable platform and adore it. My husband and I tried it and sadly it just wasn’t a good fit. However I am giving this company 5 star because they stand behind their trial and will refund you without question If there is an issue and treat you kindly despite it not working out. You really have nothing to lose to try it! Great company. Sad it didn’t workout.

This is our 2nd bed we have purchased. And truly do love the product. However, my college age daughters bed frame broke right after she installed the bed. We had it for several months before the renovations where completed in her apartment. Anyway, the frame is broken and needs to be replace..In order to have it replace I need to get pictures of the failed frame, bed on the floor, and the sewn information in the top of it will the serial numbers. This is crazy. It is just a simple bed frame that needs to be replaced. I would be happy to return the broken one. Poor Customer Service
