I was skeptical about it as I didn't try it out before buying, but the customer service representatives helped ease my hesitation. I ordered the bed, bundle and duvet. I just slept on my bed last night and IT WAS AMAZING. I will write another review in a few months

Here I am 2 years later paying double to replace this horrible bed with another better quality bed. I knew within weeks of having this bed it would be horrible. I never even received all of the "bonus" items to this day. After contacting the company to return they convinced me to try a topper they would send me.. they sent me 2 because the first one was filthy and burnt from cutting the foam on the edges. The second topper was cheaper than any topper I have ever seen and made the mattress even worse, it was literally cushion foam cut to size of bed. My husband sleeps in crappy hotel beds all week and hates coming home to this one on Saturday.. what does that tell you?! The foundation is cheaper than a wayfair one I have at 1/2 the price, its collapsed and broken edge on my side and I am only 155 lbs. I cannot wait to be rid of this bed, worst experience and purchase I have ever made. I shouldve have fought with them to return it but as you can see in other reviews they make it impossible. Please dont do the same and spend more on a quality bed!

I'm writing this review 1 year after my queen mattress purchase (ordered 11-27-20). The matress is decent, a little harder than expected but I'm ok with it. The problem is that near the head of the bed, there is a giant indentation along the width of it from the initial packaging. It falls right where the bottom edge of the pillow is...bascially where you put your shoulders. I kept thinking it would "fill up/expand" after a few months but it never did. It's basically a giant sinkhole across the width of the bed. I know I'm within the 12 month window for returning or exchanging it, but I would need assistance to set up a new bed. My parents set it up for me initially but they moved across the country early this year (I use a walker to get around so physcially I just wouldn't be able to do it). It's rather frustrating bc it's such a huge purchase that is supposed to last me a very long time, but it's kinda been crappy from the start. It was packed so tightly rolled up in the box that it damaged the mattress permanently it seems. Very disappointing. For that reason, I can't recommend it. I don't think I would ever buy a mattress-in-a-box after this experience. Nectar should change their packaging so that it doesn't permanently damage the mattress.

I couldn’t wait to for my mattress to get here and it was everything I was hoping for!!! It’s comfortable, the deal was great, and I wake up not in pain. What was an added bonus is I’m no longer woken up with my significant other or the dog gets in and out of bed. I would recommend anyone to at least try it out since it’s a 365 return policy and you will not find that anywhere else. I love my nectar!

This mattress is really awesome. I typically have back issues and am a side/stomach sleeper. I love how it conforms so nice to your body. The only thing I noticed is that I sleep in the same spot the majority of the time and Idk if it's just me but the spot tends to stay very very soft if I am sitting up at all. My brother has the same mattress and his was not like that. I usually just slide over some as it's just me in a California king and it's fine when I move but I shouldn't have to move to be comfortable, even if I'm just partially sitting up to read or play my nightly game. I have had the bed less than a month and haven't even been home for half of that time to sleep in it. It is amazingly comfy when I lay down though and I haven't had much back or hip pain since getting it.

I purchased a nectar July 2021. It was good at first, now it has formed a hole/dunk in area where I lay, but goes back to its original form when I get up, my back and knees hurt during the night from the way my body is out of alignment, so Nectar’s solution is, I have to buy a new one, bc I cannot produce pics of the sunk in area. Pffft!!!

This was my first bed purchase ever and I was super surprised. It’s extremely comfortable might take a week to get used to but it’s great and it fits on the existing queen size bed frame I have. It didn’t extend to its full size but I guess that’s memory foam. The price plus the pillows are a great deal. Really affordable and undervalued came pretty quick three -four days to be exact.

Bought this new mattress after having my original memory foam mattress for almost 10 years. I moved out of my house and decided I needed an upgrade. I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for 5 weeks now and I’m loving it! The mattress came with a sheet set, pillows AND a mattress protector. It’s a steal

We have had it for a few months and after thinking it was amazing initially I now am thinking about returning it because you kind of sink into it and idk I thought it was going to be more comfortable than it is. It's also makes certain things more difficult and that's not very helpful in your bed.

First of all thank you nectar for being there great product wife and I enjoy our two twin XL beds with the adjustable frames we went from king air mattress to two Twin XL mattresses put side to side to make a king you’ve got reading position TV position very enjoyable one hit of the button And it automatically goes down to sleeping position we enjoy our set up We have been sleeping very well
