I have really enjoyed my mattress. I have slept on it for about a month and have no complaints. It was easy to set up. It did have a "New" smell for some time. It is just the right amount of firmness for me. Prior, I was sleeping on a pillow top mattress with a 3 in memory foam topper. It was a very soft mattress, didn't hate it but after getting Nectar mattress I realized I really like the firmness Nectar brings. It is just the right balance of firmness and softness for me.

Amazing mattress. Purchased the Twin XL. Graduated college and I have been living on a couch for quite some time because it hasn't been an issue until recently. I graduated around 23 years old. I am not 27. The difference in sleep is drastic. It's actually difficult to get out of bed in the morning because of the quality of rest.

Came packaged well and easy to set up. Mine never really fluffed up 100%. The bed says it’s a medium firm but to me it’s way too soft and doesn’t offer enough support. I can’t see this lasting long without becoming dented or uneven. I have a C*sper mattress for my main bedroom that is actually medium firm and it’s lasted me several years so I wish I bought another one of those for my basement

After I ordered this mattress it was a nightmare getting it , partially due to Covid, the frame i ordered took so long I finally ended up cancelling it. After a year of sleeping on it, I had too many nights were i was waking up soaking wet, the bed is extremely hot, that's were my nightmare starts...returning this product is was the single most frustrating item I have EVER returned in my life. Getting ahold of Nectar for returns ridicules, and I waited sometimes 30 minutes on hold to get someone to help. Once I got someone , they seemed sympathetic and caring, then a week would go by with no refund on my credit card, and the mattress still sitting waiting to be picked up by the company Nectar designated to pick it up. That happened 3 times, then i would call again , wait 30 minutes for help and another promising broken as the mattress sat in my house for almost 1 month before it was finally taken care of. Horrible experience on the return end. So I won't recommend any company that treats its customers so poorly. Never again !!!

I love my bed but when I sit at the edge it sinks down which I guess is to be expected but it bothers me juuuuust a little bit otherwise it’s a perfect bed. I don’t have any of the back pain I used to have thanks to this mattress. It firm where needed and soft where needed. I couldn’t have taken a better risk on a bed I’d never laid on before.

It’s really difficult to buy a mattress without trying it. So far it’s ok. Firmer than I though it would be but giving it a chance! It was as described and arrived in great condition. The company was excellent about checking on the FedEx issue and making sure that FedEx took care of business. I’m not sure yet if it’s the right mattress for me. I really appreciate their trial period!

My Nectar mattress arrived as expected, was easy to open and did not have any odors as stated by others. It took about a day to see it expand to uniform size expected. It did take about 3 to 4 weeks to adjust as the instructions stated but - I do not wake up with sore hips and shoulders as I did in the past. This mattress relieves those pressure points and supports your body for a restful sleep. I was troubled about buying online sight unseen but its been the best investment in me that I have made in years.

I am a very warm sleeper! I wake up in the middle of the night and usually have to change my shirt (not fun to explain to my college roommate at 3am that I am just changing because of sweat hahaha) since getting my Nector for my new apartment I e found I’m less warm at night (still had a couple nights where I woke up in the AM sweaty) but it is no longer all the time! The mattress is comfy and looks great!

Worst mattress I’ve ever bought and a lesson learned. Has caused the worst lower back pain. Sinks and makes me hotter at night. STAY AWAY. I have had it for longer than 365 days and have begged customer service for an option to replace or just refund and the forever warranty is a joke, good luck - you will get nowhere.

We really wanted to love it. This is our second Nectar mattress (our first is maybe 3-4 years old) and this one is so much softer than our first mattress. I guess we were expecting a similar version to arrive but the material, the firmness, and the design have completely changed. Our MAIN issue: if there are two people sharing this mattress, the heavier person will sink in quite a ways (6+ inches) and of course, the lighter person either rolls into them or ends up sleeping on an angle/slope. Neither my fiancé nor I come close to the weight limit. I can’t help but wonder if our mattress is defective. Ironically enough, our first nectar mattress arrived defective (never fully “inflated” and smelled of mold…) so they sent a replacement. The replacement mattress was great and now occupies our guest room since we wanted a larger mattress. Sadly, we will have to try one of the competitors at this point and go through the *fun* process of getting a refund and taking care of this mattress. Oh, and it took two months for the mattress to arrive, with really no warning at all.
