So we've had the mattress for a few weeks now. We used to have a memory foam mattress that was less thick. Maybe I need some additional time to get used to the Nectar mattress? So far, the mattress is okay. It might be a little too soft for me. The material looks like it's good quality. I am a little disappointed because I can't tell if it's more comfortable or not than my old mattress. It's the first time we buy such an expensive mattress (the previous one was half the price), and I thought I would feel the difference in a more obvious way.

My mattress took a little bit to get here first I got the frame then the sheets and pillows and then finally a week later I received the mattress!! It was amazingly easy to unwrap the mattress and to put the frame together and the mattress is the most softest and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and now I can sleep and not feel like I’m in so much pain in the morning, thanks to the nectar mattress,I I am able to fall asleep right when I lay down and I stay cool through the night finally!

We purchased the bed in March of 2020 and loved it at first. However, by December of 2020, we discovered that it had become concave where we each sleep. There is a mountain in the middle of the mattress and 2 valleys on either side. We are smaller than average people. I should have returned it, but my daughter had just been born and I had my hands full with a newborn and a toddler. We need to buy a new mattress, we just haven't had the time. This shouldn't happen to a mattress in 9 months. I do NOT recommend.

The mattress is comfortable. I've had it for about a month now and have no complaints - my partner and dog also very much enjoy the mattress. Highly recommend the sleep bundle - the price to also get sheets, mattress protector and a bed frame is great! Sheets are soft and comfortable. Bed frame is sturdy and looks good! I do wish there would have been more bed frame options, but thankfully the gray matches my bedroom color. Only problem was the provided pillows in the bundle - they are flat and not supportive at all, seem cheap and I could not use them for sleeping.

I am 75 years old and have shoulder and neck pain every night… i had a sleep number bed that was not helping with my pain.. I don’t have a lot of experience order things on line …So this was a challenge for me to order the Nectar bed in a box….I am so happy I did!!!I am getting the best sleep in years!!!It was so easy…I highly recommended the Nectar bed…it came with sheets,2 pillows and mattress cover…They were all top of the line…I am so happy I made the decision to order this mattress!!Best mattress I have ever owed!!

This was my first bed purchase ever and I was super surprised. It’s extremely comfortable might take a week to get used to but it’s great and it fits on the existing queen size bed frame I have. It didn’t extend to its full size but I guess that’s memory foam. The price plus the pillows are a great deal. Really affordable and undervalued came pretty quick three -four days to be exact.

To whom it May Concern. We purchased our Mattress in June of 2021 and have been trying to Return and get a Refund for over 6 months now. We simply do not like this mattress. My husband is Disabled and finds the mattress way to soft for him with the sides Squishing down when weight placed on them. He has fallen out of bed several times. ALSO, He needs to sit on the side of the Bed to put his prosthetic leg on and the Mattress sides sink down so much - it is very Ackward to do what he needs to do. He has written to "Jennifer" at customer service several times. According to your guarantee, we can request to return the mattress and get a refund for 365 days. We have asked several times and we still do not have a refund as of June 3rd, 2022

First mattress was horrible and kept lifting. It was replaced because it "2asnt heavy enough.". Second one is no better and is not square (does not fit adjustable foundation squarely), and the quality isn't really much better. I do not recommend this brand it is more hype than quality!

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

I am getting a full, solid 6-8 hours of sleep each night. I hadn’t been getting that with my old mattress. When I lay down, you feel all of your aches and pains disappear. My boyfriend who begged me not to get rid of my old mattress is in love with my nectar as well.
