I purchased my Premier and adjustable bed frame in Sept. 2021. I am a big guy at 270 lbs, 6' and serious back problems. In the process of moving so I left the adjustable bed frame in the box and used a flat solid bed fame. I am 51 and have back, and neck issues for the past 30 years. I've tried the mattress out for over 6 months and its good for my back but I was thinking I wanted the mattress to be a little more firm. I called and was thinking about returning it and Nectar provided a firmer bed topper for free, even if I later still decide to return the bed. I tried that topper in March 2022 and the topper was too firm and I liked the bed better without it. I really like the mattress but was thinking still I might return it and try and find a little firmer mattress. Then before, I decided to try the Nectar adjustable bed frame and it has tons of options with sleeping positions with the touch of the remote. Wow it made a tremendous difference. The mattress seems for me a little firmer when not in the flat only setting. The zero gravity button is perfect for sleeping . The remote has TV position and you can tweak and adjust any position to any head or feet position you like best. Then the remote even has a few memory savings button so if you find your perfect spot from tweaking the head and foot positions up and down you can save it for one push button on remote next time. Just awesome. The first night using the adjustable bed frame has honestly been the best sleep I ever had. Since Nectar Customer Service was so accommodating with try this topper before I do a return and the original purchase was so hassle free with all the free bed bundles you get, I wanted to take the time to review. The adjustable bed frame made all the difference and now I have the perfect mattress and frame for the best sleeping.

I was really excited to try out this mattress, and was disappointed that I had such a poor experience. Upon opening the mattress I managed to tear the cover a little. No big deal at all, but I reached out and asked if I could replace the cover as it was brand new, and I was told they couldn’t replace it. I then asked if I could just purchase a cover and received no reply. It wasn’t causing any negative effects on the mattress, so I went on to give it a try. There were also waves throughout the mattress, which I assumed were from being packaged and that I needed to let it “air up”. 30 days later it is still lumpy in some areas. After approximately 5 sleeps on this mattress I was in so much pain I couldn’t go to work. I emailed the support team begging to return the mattress and they replied that I needed to give it the 30 days. So I continued to try it. By the end of the second week I would wake up through the night on several occasions crying due to lack of sleep and extreme pain in my neck and shoulders. I have since built a small sleeping pad on top of the mattress and have been able to sleep a bit more. Overall I would say this mattress and my body do not agree.

It’s way softer than I was expecting it to be. I purchased this mattress because the one I had before was too soft and my back was hurting. After doing my research, watching tons of videos and reading a lot of descriptions I bought nectar. And got disappointed, because it’s not responding to the ads and descriptions that I’ve seen. The mattress is too soft

My Nectar mattress has been a wonderful purchase. It provides just the right support and firmness I need to get a wonderful nights rest. I am a side sleeper / back sleeper, and have lower back issues. Since getting my Nectar mattress I have very little issues with my back and when sleeping on my side they do not go numb. We were waaaay over due for a new mattress in my daughter’s room. After tons of research I decided to purchase the Nectar. I could not be more pleased with this purchase and the price is unbeatable! She LOVES her new mattress. It is soft, yet firm and kept her cool during some really hot summer nights. I have told everyone I know who is looking for a new mattress that this is the one to get!

This is my first ever mattress purchase and I am very happy with this product! Gives me all the support I need, whether I sleep on my side or my back. I always wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on my days. I love that I am able to use the entire bed all the way from edge to edge! It doesn’t compress on the sides to the point that you roll off. I am recommending this mattress to everyone!

My wife and shopped for months on upgrading our mattress. We looked at all the new mattress out there. (Nectar, purple, Luna, etc. ) and just decided to go for a Nectar. Nectar had an unbelievable 365 trial, plus, it cam with pillows sheets and mattress protector. When we got our King size, we unrolled it and cut into plastic. It ended up to be defective after three days of letting it expand. It got to 60%. We submitted pictures and measurements required, and they sent us another mattress without question. When we got it, it expanded practically immediately. We let it set for 5 hours. Let's just say, I have not slept so sound in years. For being a 6'8" tall male, Nectar is truly a comfortable mattress. (the pillows are, however to soft. I have to double up on that).

We did our homework on mattresses a little over a year ago and found the Nectar and it had the best guarantee , well it’s a little over a year old and my wife and I are both having problems sleeping on it now , we wake up with more back pain than we went to sleep with , we constantly rotate the mattress and it shows where we both have slept and now we are looking for a new mattress . We both thought with the warranty that Nectar has it would of lasted longer than a year .

Slept on a nectar mattress for a week at my sister's place. Got should and hip relief within days. Came home immediately purchased one. I am not getting the same relief. Only difference is that I do not have the mattress protector. Seems odd that would be a difference but willing to purchase to give it a try. Problem is, the king size has been out of stock for months with no date as to when they will get them. Odd... they still offer the bundle with a king size mattress. Wondering if new purchasers are receiving the mattress protector?

I wanted to try out a new mattress to change the way that I slept to fix my lower aching back. I wasn't sure how I felt about this mattress at first but then it grew on me. It is almost impossible for me to get comfortable sleeping on my stomach now and my back pain has definitely improved.
