I love my Nectar mattress. I had to downsize, so I ordered a new queen mattress. Shipping took longer than I would like, and then the mattress was defective. So now I have to wait, again! But, it is worth the wait. Most comfortable mattress I've had.

My mattress is great and got rid of a lot of my pain that my old pillow top was causing. I’m not usually one for firmer mattresses so I was a little skeptical, but this mattress converted me. It’s not too firm either, and I’m a small woman. …BUT, I was supposed to receive the Serenity Sleep Pack with it, but I never did. I emailed customer service, and all they did was send back an email with a “link to my order” at the bottom. There was no link. It’s been awhile so I’m certain it’s not coming. A shame because I really needed new pillows and it was a deciding factor for my mattress purchase.

It is a mattress. Not too hard or too soft. It's all about durability, so I'll let you know in 5 years how much I actually like it... In the meantime, the pillows that were included in our purchase are stinky (these smell strongly like foam rubber) so we're not using these.

Definetly sleep better due 2 memory foam. Had split queen craftmatic ... had 2 go up 2 split king. Price of the two mattresses and the split adjustable was very high. Limited Finances ... Elderly parents almost crippled ... need help 2 get into/ out of.

I got this mattress hoping it would completely stop my back pain I was having with my old mattress. I would wake up with quite a bit of lower back pain on my old mattress. I didn’t sleep good at all and was always in pain. I got the nectar mattress really hoping it would take away all my pain but it didn’t . The first two weeks I slept on it my back was in the same amount of pain as it had been . The nectar mattress is just to firm for me I think. I had a memory foam topper that I added on top of the nectar mattress to make the bed softer. It has helped some with both. I don’t hurt quite like my old mattress did but the nectar also didn’t take away all my pain . I’ll have nights where I sleep with little to no pain and other times still wake up with a good amount of pain . I’ve noticed I do better if I don’t stay in bed past 6-7 hours I don’t hurt as bad if I’m out of bed after that amount of time . I have a love hate relationship with my nectar mattress was really hoping it was going to get rid of my back pain it’s made it better but didn’t take away as much as I expected it to . I really think for me I need a softer mattress and this one is too firm for me. I slept on a soft mattress that was a basic mattress no frills at a hotel just older and honestly it was the best sleep I had no pain at all was there for a week I should have offered to buy that mattress lol . Honestly I think the nectar will work for some people it jus hasn’t completely worked for me .

Bought the Nectar Premier Copper Memory Foam Mattress because of their ActiveCool technique. Super disappointed. Woke up soaking wet in the middle of the night after night. Wrote a review after the purchase, nectar customer service contacted me and replaced a new mattress for me, but the result still the same. Super disappointed.

I have bipolar 1 disorder and sleep warm, and this bed is not for me!! It’s like having night sweats every time I lay down. The worst part is that they won’t accept a return earlier than 30 days. That means I have to sleep on this piece of crap for 30 days before they will even process a return. Also, being on somewhat of a fixed income, I’m now in a terrible position. I can’t afford to buy another new mattress while I wait for this horrible company to accept my return.

I was never a hot sleeper until I bought the Nectar mattress. Now I wake up every other night drenched in sweat. The construction of the mattress does not allow heat to dissipate. My purchase also came with a mattress protector, probably because the company knew how much it would cause heat.

The first couple of nights were terrible. I thought I’d not be to keep it. But after those first nights, I had the best night’s sleep ever. Not only is it comfortable but I haven’t snored once since getting it. I don’t know if it is the mattress or the wonderful pillow that came with it but I am loving life with my wonderful night’s sleep.

I have been a little disappointed with my new nectar mattress. I read so many good reviews, but have had it for over a month and am still experiencing back issues; I know I have to give it some time, to get used to it. I’m grateful for the 365 day return policy, because if things haven’t improved in another couple of months, I think I will be returning it.
