First customer service is amazing. I was thinking about returning because the mattress is not comfortable. I wake up every day aching all over. I miss my old mattress. They sent a topper at no charge. I haven’t put it on the bed yet. I am hoping it will help. I really want to give it five stars but can’t at this time. I will update once I try the topper.

This is one of the worst mattresses I have purchased in decades. I am a side sleeper and read rave reviews, so I purchased a king size and frame. Six months later, I can’t sleep through an entire night due to tossing and turning and tend to give up and go to sleep on my couch. I am working on a return right now. I thought it was a good deal, it has actually worsened my quality of life.

We received our mattress on 8/13/21, we’ve been using it for a week and my lower back has been in the worst pain I’ve had in a long time! When you first lay on it, it’s so comfy but I be toss and turn all night and my lower back is in extreme pain? My husband says he doesn’t notice any difference from our old mattresses? I will try for a month at least before I make a final call! Maybe I twisted my back and not realized it at the time at same time of getting mattress? We’ll see! I will return for a follow up in about a month!

We love our queen mattress from purple, but the king mattress and pillows are duds. The mattress is not firm enough. When my husband sat on the mattress it compressed and I rolled towards him. The pillows are very under inflated and we don’t use them. I tried to complain but got a confusing answer about pictures of tags and only jpegs. We gave up.

Best mattress I have ever had. This was definitely worth the investment. My last memory foam mattress I bought online from another company only lasted two years and developed a sink hole in the middle. I really hope this doesn’t happen with this mattress. We shall see.

Didn't think my new Nectar mattress would make much difference so I didn't track my daytime health. However, after a couple of weeks my husband and I realized that we felt much better during the day. His shoulder didn't hurt (A problem with our old mattress) and we generally felt better. So pleased with our new Nectar.

Honestly the bed is okay, it's pretty stiff, it's probably more comfortable the more you weight. The major issue is fiberglass, don't even risk the chance of exposure it's not worth it I got just a tiny tiny single particle of it in my nose after sleeping on it for almost 20 nights and just that will ruin your sleep for the rest of the night and possibly more nights if you don't get it out. They are doing their best to deceive you into not knowing about a major health and financial risk that comes with the purchase. I imagine they take down reviews I'm sure mine will get buried or removed. It's an outrageous and unacceptable business practice. Be safe.

I just bought my kids hybrid mattresses and was replacing my old spring mattress with pillowtop thing and couldn't decide if I wanted hybrid or memory foam. I went with this one and I'm not upset about it. The pillows are a little hard to get used to since I have a punch of fluffy pillows on my bed still.

We love our new nectar mattress! It feels firm enough to provide support and keep from waking up with pain in my hips/back. But also like you sink down into a cloudy cushion. We have two cats and a dog who love to share the new mattress with us too! Definitely happy with this purchase and will recommend to friend and family.

When we ordered this right before COVID in 2020 it promised three day shipping and it took us a couple months to get. But we love the mattress, even though I still sleep hot on it. We have had this bed about 14 months and the frame just broke. I would recommend NOT buying the foundation frame and maybe getting something more sturdy from somewhere else.
