So at first I was very skeptical on purchasing a bed before I could actually lay on it. I went ahead and took the dive in and let me tell you I am sure glad that I did. I purchased a king sized bed with the headboard. The bed itself is so comfortable I use to have back and hip problems and it’s like the bed cured me of that. The greatest sleep that I have gotten consistently. The assembly of the headboard and platform bed was super easy and it’s very sturdy and well made. Nectar has earned a life long customer.

The middle 2 legs bent on the adjustable frame. Notified the company on April 6th, 21. Purchased bed in November 2020; Sent the required documentation along with pictures. Continue to get false information about the shipping date. Unable to use our bed due to the bent support legs. Today is May 30th, I think we have been more than patient but now I want everyone to know how hard it may be to work with this company if you have a problem. Want resolution, new legs or my money back. Have never had this much problem with any other company.

While this seemed slightly less firm than I was used to at first, I've slept great on it. It also doesn't seem to have the issue my last mattress like this from another company did where hot air would come up through the mattress. Good value for the money.

After 1 year of use, we have found our backs hurting more often and not getting many good night sleeps. Not sure what happened. Initially, it was pretty decent and good. But with time, it just went down hill for us. Excellent service though and delivery was excellent too. I think we will start searching for a new mattress soon.

I find this mattress very hard to get on. It sinks down as soon as you try to sit on the side. If you put it on a boxspring it's too high but if you don't it's too low. You can't get a firmer topper until after 15 nights of sleeping on it & you can't return it until you've slept on it for 30 nights. I wake up every morning with the right side of my neck very sore. Not very happy with it.

I thought I had struck gold when I came across the Nectar Bed Frame. It's perfect for my guest bedroom. The quality is a bit so/so, but considering that it wasn't that expensive, I guess that's to be expected. However, I am missing the supporting legs for the slats. Without the support legs, the slats are not sturdy enough to put a mattress on or sleep on. (Again, not the best quality, the bed frame feels a bit rickety). I reached out to Nectar Customer Service and their response was that they would reach out to the manufacturer. It's been several weeks, no slats. I have guests coming and won't be able to use the bed unless I make supporting legs on my own. Guess I got what I paid for.

I brought queen size mattresses recently and after using it for just one night , woke up with very bad back pain. Reach out to customer service for return and they asked me to use it for 30 days in order so that body get adjusted to mattress, what a ridiculous suggestion?

"It's the best sleep I've ever had!" This is a direct quote from my 16-year-old son. We wanted to give our son a quality mattress, and after a lot of research we purchased a twin Nectar Mattress. He is VERY happy with his new mattress and has told us several times how much he loves it. He's a bigger boy and the mattress has seemed to hold up very well under his weight. We highly recommend Nectar.

Arrived on time. Pretty easy to assemble, just follow the instruction sheet. Most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Also the bedding set is a prefect fit for the mattress. I used my own deva with the bed, sheets are cool and warm depending on the weather. Would highly recommend to any one to try or purchase. As far as I am concerned you will not regret it.

After complaining about the shipping experience in my initial review, I think it’s only right that I speak about the actual product now. The platform was a little hard to put together and the the slats don’t actually lock in place. However, once we put it together, put it on our existing bed frame and headboard, then got the mattress in place, it felt wonderful. We woke up feeling great and the free pillows were the icing on the cake. It’s been a few days and I really like my nectar mattress. I’m not sure how it will hold up in a year or even a few months but right now we’re happy with our purchase.
