I was so excited to buy this mattress. My son recommended it to me. He sells mattresses for a living. I I can’t get into or out of the bed. Even my smaller grandkids fall off unless in the center. Once I’m in the middle of the bed it comfortable, and I can sleep nicely in it. I bought the platform.

I LOVE this mattress. I don’t wake up with back pain. I don’t wake up with hip pain. This is wonderful. I was in a pretty bad vehicle wreck years ago that left me with some damaged connective tissue in my left knee and hip and back pain. I have regular chiropractor appointments and I still wake up hurting every morning…. Until I got this mattress! Now I can sleep the way I like to, and I wake up feeling like a human, not like Frankenstein’s monster. Should have done this ages ago.

I have severe back problems from a surgery a few years ago. I bought this mattress based on the research I did on reddit and the Nectar website. Not a fan at all, my sleep quality hasn’t improved and the mattress is honestly nothing close to medium firmness. It sinks a ton when you lay on it. I followed the instructions to let it expand precisely and have only had the mattress for a little over a month. Not a fan.

The customer service is great. I haven't had my mattress for 30-days. So, I'm still settling in. I purchased because of the price and back pain. It's comfortable, but could be firmer to support my back. I'll wait until 30-days after delivery to determine if I need something firmer or a firm accessory to add on top of the mattress.

I took a chance on the Nectar mattress because I figured I had nothing to lose with a 365 day trial. My husband was skeptical. Well, from night one we were sold. It is the perfect combo of supportive and soft. It is not hard even though it is winter. I will have to wait and see if it is hot in the summer. The pillows and sheets that were included are awesome too! The box was really heavy when delivered but set up was actually easy.

I've had my mattress for a month and am enjoying it. I didn't realize how poor my sleep quality was with my old mattress until I got my nectar. The only reason for four stars- is sometimes I am a stomach sleeper and it a slightly too soft and allows for extra curve of my low back which produces strain. Other than that, I am very happy with my purchase.

I'll start by saying the first few months we had this mattress it was fine then after about the third month our backs are hurting really bad. Now that we've had it just barley over a year we've had to replace the bed frame three times now through nectar... The mattress is already sagging and they say it's normal but clearly it shouldn't be sagging like this. Everyday we wake up with either a migraine or back pain so bad that we can barely move. Not to mention we wake up covered in sweat this is was a never a thing till this bed... The washable cover if you wash it it turns orange and shrinks or rips. We highly do not recommend this bed to anybody who is wanting a new bed. Save yourself the back pain in trouble.

We purchased the Nectar Premiere mattress in July. It arrived promptly with all of the items. We received a good deal with Fourth of July sales. We did not particularly love the mattress after several months. It was not supportive enough as we prefer a little bit firmer mattress. Additionally it was not cool but rather held the heat in. Our good experience came from the easy return. We contacted Nectar and initially they attempted to solve the problem. However there were limited options in our small area for pickup. We were easily able to work with a community partner and have the mattress picked up and receive our refund promptly. The customer service was always pleasant and aimed to help.

The shipping took a lot longer than stated on the mattress. We received it about three weeks after ordering. the sheets, frame, and pillows arrived within two days. Once we actually got it setup though, it was worth it. It is very comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. It has helped my back pain. I don’t feel so stiff in the morning. It does retain heat. So sometimes it gets too warm. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase!

I ordered this mattress bundle because I suffer from chronic pain, and fatigue. I've been using it now for maybe five months and it has been... basic. Overall the bed is okay. I would describe it as medium, not firm. While I always had a plush top on past mattresses, this is too plush and simply isn't firm enough. I sleep on the left side with my small dog and I already have to shift over to the right side because that side is now noticeably firmer. I will seek something firmer the next time around.
