Not satisfied.

This mattress was ordered to help with my back pain and other issues I have with sleeping. I was hoping it would help me. It did not. I am sweating a lot, and my back is hurting. I am going to put in for a refund but I have to wait 30 days to do so. This is not what I expected from a mattress that had such good reviews and ratings. The "cooling layer" of foam at the top does not work to keep me cool. I am sweating a lot and this is the same thing that happend to me with another older memory foam one. I am also still having back issues and this bed is not doing me any good. I need to wait the full 30 days to ask for a refund. I dont like this policy either but I have to wait and sleep on it because I got rid of my old one and I regret it. I say dont buy one and be disappointed like me!

Shoulder pain constantly

My wife and I are fit and in our 30s, I have had this mattress for about 3 years now, i wanted to be fair in my review as it wasn't a very expensive mattress we paid for the base model King. I have had pain in my back since day one, my wife started getting back and shoulder pain a year ago. My wife convinced this mattress was amazing blah blah blah because of the reviews so we were going to love it as well. I have no idea if its to hard or to soft, it feels comfortable in all honesty. All i know is i wake up in pain and so does my wife. So we are again looking for a new mattress because i just cant live like this anymore

Best mattress purchase ever!

I moved across country and I did not bring any mattresses with me. I had planned on purchasing a mattress when I arrived. My brother has both a nectar and the other kind. He told me that even though Purple was more expensive, he liked the nectar set better than the purple mattress. My mattress arrived shortly after moving into my new place, and I have slept so comfortable every night since then. I bought a second one for my guest bedroom that will be arriving in a few days. Best mattress ever!

Mattress to HOT

We bought this because of back and shoulder pain as was supposed to stay cool. IT DOES NOT keep you cool. I would send back and tried to but did not give it the 30 days sleeping on time frame. Now I just put up with it because missed the time frame to send back.

Sleeps great

We bought this for a spare room, but slept on it a couple nights to be sure we liked it... we did. We sleep on a Tempur-pedic in master BR and that's a tough act to follow, but we'd seriously consider the Nectar when it's time to replace the TP, because those are so outrageously priced these days. A guest niece also slept on the new Nectar and loved it.

Best sleep in years

My son and daughter-in-law bought this last year. He has less backaches and they both sleep better so I tried it this year and it's wonderful. I've loved sleeping on this mattress. Even if I'm not as sleepy as I should be (napping on the couch in the day time) I can't stay awake for long on this mattress. It's wonderful.

Had it for 6 months and it sags

Bought a queen with foundation after reading reviews. Turns out, most have only had the mattress a month or less. After only 6 months, it was so uncomfortable that I tried to do a return. They made the process so daunting that I gave up. During a pandemic, they wanted me to take it to a center, take pics with the matress and center staff during donation. Plus send pics of the matress before, measure and do tests for proof, then send receipts of everything. I gave up. Didnt really want to go interact with people during the full blown covid pandemic in April. Now, apparently I am 4 days late to be able to return. Trying the replacement process...more measuring and pics. idk if they will eventually replace or not.

Worst Mattress - waste of money

I purchased this mattress. My partner and I then started suffering from severe allergic reactions (We had never had any allergies before). After many hospital visits and a lot of wasted money we finally started to consider that the hypoallergenic mattress might be the issue. Since we got rid of the mattress we have slowly started to recover. Shocked at the poor quality and can add that it is very uncomfortable. Dont waste your money

DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS

The mattress itself is unbelievably uncomfortable. Absolutely no support whatsoever. I am sleeping on an air mattress that is more comfortable right now. The return process is a lie. They say full refund, but they just send you running around in circles offering you more products and asking you to wait 3-5 business days only to send you an email week after week asking if you want to buy another mattress instead of processing your refund. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS. Worst purchase of my life.

Not really worth the money

Its soft but almost too soft. I see a physical therapist and after getting this mattress my husband and I both started waking up with sore hips. Therapist said it was the mattress. Also when we cuddle we both feel like we are sinking (we only weigh 300 lbs together). Will be trading in soon.
