A little backstory, I am a 30 year old with multiple disabilities including severe arthritis. I purchased the mattress and foundation in early March 2020 for when I moved into my new apartment, after assembling it (which was very easy even for me) and owning it for 9 months I can say without a doubt that if you have arthritis, are slightly overweight, have any disabilities, or cannot lift a mattress off of a box spring/foundation by yourself then this foundation is NOT the set for you. I have thrown my back out a total of 3 times since owning the foundation part, mainly because the mattress is held up by about 10 2x4 that are sewn together with cloth that barely touch the designated edges on both ends of the foundation. This foundation has fallen so many times even while I was asleep which leads me to write this review so if anyone who maybe lives alone and can't lift a giant mattress at 1am to fix the foundation that collapsed while you were sleeping than please purchase a box spring or an alternative foundation. I cannot rave about how nice the mattress is though, my partner moves and I can barely feel it, it is so comfortable, soft and circulates the air well (I'm a hot sleeper).

I really want to live this mattress. I actually bought 2 at the same time. My sons twin mattress came in first and we/he absolutely loved it. My husband and I couldn’t wait for our queen mattress to come in. When it finally arrived it’s like we purchased 2 separate brands of mattress. The queen is like a firm rock with zero memory foam feel. I called the company and was told to wait it out but my sleep is worse now than it has ever been. We’re so frustrated and disappointed.

We purchased the king size mattress and bed frame 6 months ago. So far, we are okay with the mattress, but the side rail (support and slats) has already broken. It is now obvious that the bed frame was made from inferior products and the design isn't structurally sound. Upon contacting customer service we were told a return was not an option. Our only option was to submit photos for replacement parts. When asked what would happen if and when it broke again they said we'd just follow the same process. So now we're stuck with a bed frame that we'll likely have to order replacement parts for every 6 months. Not a happy customer.

I'm not a fan of this mattress and would never purchase again. I'm still trying to get rid of the mattress smell after 2 months which makes me very nervous. Also, my back hurts worst when I wake up in the morning. I brought this back because I thought it help with back support. NOT TRUE AT ALL! I think I might but another mattress from a furniture store in a few months and give this one away. I'm disappointed because I feel as we wasted money.

This mattress completely breaks down after 1 year (after the trial is over). The warranty is a joke. They will not replace the mattress unless a 1 inch indentation is present. The mattress doesn’t actually show the break down without somebody laying in the bed. The mattress hold your body heat making you very hot at night. Don’t waste your money with this company and their joke of a warranty.

I've had my queen-size mattress for almost 2 years and have been sleeping great. BUT I've noticed a lot of fiberglass coming out from under the mattress and getting on a few things under my bed... I should have done a little more research on whether or not this mattress contained fiberglass but that's my fault. The thing is, I haven't even unzipped the mattress cover that came with the bed but it seems to just be seeping out. I thought it was coming from the bed frame or something but I lifted my bed and it's ALL over the underside of the mattress.

I’ve had my mattress for about 45 days now and can give a pretty good review. I love the mattress! It sleeps well and is very comfortable. No more axing of my joints when I rise in the mornings. I refer this mattress to everyone I know especially side sleepers. Well worth the money!!!

The mattress is very comfortable. The off-gassing is still an issue, and I've had the mattress for several weeks now. I don't know if it's because the manufacturing is done in China or just fumes from the vacuum sealing process (like they said), but it has given me several headaches. The mattress itself is very comfortable though.

I used to wake up many times a night with backpain and numb arms. We got this bed and from day 1 its been amazing ! I wake up less often and no pain , love the pillows also , we spent 3 times the cost on our old bed and it doesn't compare to this bed, I highly recommend !

This is our first King size bed and it is quite an upgrade from a Queen. ! I want to give the mattress 5 stars, but my husband and I both wake up frequently overheating. We have tried different sheets and mattress covers , but continue to experience temperature issues. Despite the heat factor, the mattress is very comfortable and I love that I can roll over without disturbing my husband. No achy joints in the morning. Just wish we could solve the temperature problems.
