I try to research a product I"m interested in before any major purchase. Before buying the Nectar, I went to a large mattress store to try the brands; after each try I felt like I was lying on plywood. I knew I needed a big change and bought the Nectar. I have slept well now for the past month, knowing I made the right decision for me.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this bed feels like a rock to me. I am someone who can sleep retry much anywhere and I hate to say it but this bed is so uncomfortable to sleep on. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to a bed so this bed could totally work for someone who likes a harder bed. But for me it’s so uncomfortable and makes it so hard to sleep at night which is so frustrating! I’m

My Nectar mattress was great until it started to say! The FOREVER WARRANTY DOESN"T mean a warranty forever, it means you will be forever trying to get any warranty work done. My mattress started to say where I would lie, you would try to turn over and it was like trying to roll up hill. I contacted customer service and sending pictures on several different occasions and about 10 different email, that there was nothing they could do. Never again!!!! I will go with a different company that does have an actual warranty!

First couple nights the mattress was OK. I will never order a split king again. No matter what you do the beds don't stay together. They are always sliding and there is always a gap in the bed. My back hurts, I bought this bed to specifically help with that and now it is only worse. I hate the yellow spots that are on the cover, it looks like stains. When I tried to return the mattress I've been hassled. They approved the pictures and tags for both Mattresses. Then asked me if I wanted to try a different mattress I said no. Then they emailed me and said would I keep the mattress for 150 off of each mattress. I said no again I have no use for them. Then all of a sudden I needed another picture of all 4 corners of the bed in the same picture, even though originally when my images were approved I could have taken multiple to get the full bed. Then all of sudden I have stains on the mattress and they want me to clean it. If there were stains and it was unacceptable why was it approved the first time? I have a chandelier in my room that has a yellow tint to it and the light reflects off the balls so it's light and dark on some spots on the bed. The ugly yellow spots make it look like stains. So Then I use my chandelier lights that are on my side table. I don't know what they want me to do about the lighting and this has been a total hassel and nightmare. I am pregnant and I want a bed I can sleep on comfortably not fight with these people for a return. They are doing everything in their power to prevent me from completing my return.

The only problem is whenit got here all the peices were all over the box. I called an got a lady who sosunded like she was eating. It camr with the batteries for the remote that was smashed up. I did learn something the lady asked me for a viedo of when i opened it. Now I didn't think of doing it after paying so much for it.I didn't buy it from a cheap place/ Next time I will. I have one more to buy but not from here.

I would love to return it but my husband loves it. Doesn’t work for me but the material is good quality and arrived as stated. It is a very nice mattress and feels great but I have had terrible back pain since using it. My husband however had slept like a baby and days he loves it. I guess it all depends on your needs. Overall it was a good deal for the money.

Still adjusting to sleeping on our Nectar (3 weeks) but I have had no shoulder pain or tingling arms in the morning. The mattress is well made with quality materials and the mattress protector included is nice. Sheets are super soft. Hoping it will break in and keep getting better. (4 stars because it’s brand new.)

As an overweight person, I expect to not find the perfect bed. This bed is comfortable but sometimes too giving in it's pressure. I cannot sit on the side of the bed to put on socks or shoes because it sinks too far. I sleep by myself and either stay in one position all night or shift so much I practically end up sideways. Either way, I find myself drifting towards the spot that I have slept in in one position the night before. I tend to run warm/hot and the bed seems to make me warmer. Undecided if I will keep this bed.

I wasn't sure what to expect from Nectar, being one of the cheaper mattresses on the market, but its a good bed. It's fairly firm but good quality and my back doesn't hurt like it did on my plush mattress. But what really impressed me was the customer service. Any problem I had were taken care of right away, no hassle at all. Fantastic.

With so many options out there we were nervous about taking the plunge. My husband is a very light sleeper with back pain but has actually slept through the night since we got this mattress. The original is firm so it was perfect for him, but he taken me some getting used to. The frame was easy to assemble and looks nice. Mattress unboxed perfectly. Sheets and pillow bungle was a huge deal. We’ll buy another for my sons room
