After opening the bundle box I saw there was only 1 pillow (told there were supposed to be 2). i wanted that's how I found out there was only 1 pillow"d to return Nectar said, "did you open the bundle?" and I replied, "Yes, that's how I realized there was only 1 pillow" which NECTAR responded, "scroll down to the bottom of the page and read in there you cant return once you open". Well, how would I know? Then I said I just wat to return the matress then... she said, "you have to wait 50 days". Huh? Also the online Chat ended when I asked to talk to a manager... "Agent ended the chat." YICK

The the metal was bent on the side rail I had to bend it back with a pliers just to get it to fit together wasn't willing to send it back Isaac came so early prior to the mattress two weeks early in the mattress came and then after waiting two days for the mattress to blow up I just wanted to sleep on the new mattress I hope it doesn't fall apart as my 78 year old disabled mother is sleeping on it by the way I tried to add pictures of the damage big surprise keeps telling me that my format is invalid I'm not dealing with this

Got the full bundle and it was definitely worth it. I was hesitant with not being able to feel it before buying to see if it was actually too firm or too soft like some reviews say. I’ve had it for a year and I have not had a back problem since ! It definitely does the job and is comfortable while doing it.

After only about 2 weeks of sleeping on my Nectar premier mattress, the middle has a big dent where I sleep. I sleep in the middle of the mattress as I sleep by myself. I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. I feel like I totally wasted my money. Do no purchase!!!!!

Both my husband and I have chronic back and joint pain. My husband is a hot sleeper. After almost 2 years I can say we haven't had a great sleep. In the middle of the night he wakes up soaking wet and hurting more then when we went to bed. The pillows are as hard as a rock.

This is our second Nectar mattress. We moved out of state and decided it was better to buy a new mattress than to move the old one, that was a mistake. I loved our old Nectar mattress, it was perfect. The new one is garbage, it is so uncomfortable to sleep on I wake up in pain from it everyday. We’ve had problems with twin mattresses we’ve bought not always being what they should be too. They’re either great or terrible. If you get a terrible one, then you have to decide if it’s worth going through the hassle of getting it replaced, or just going somewhere else.

I bought this because my queen size bed was just too small (and uncomfortable) for my partner and myself. I got my mattress on the last day of "expected" delivery which I was happy with. We got the bundle with the sheets/pillowcases, etc. and LOVE those too. I definitely noticed better sleep on the first night and continue to sleep much better! Thank you Nectar!!

I have the best sleeps with this mattress! It’s somehow soft and firm at the same time. With our previous mattress, I’d wake my partner up whenever I’d turn in my sleep. No longer! He never gets disturbed anymore and is just as satisfied with this mattress as I am.

Wow I’m not one to really care about mattress's, or how I sleep in them. I figured it was all basically the same. Man was I wrong. After receiving this mattress I have never slept better in my life. I hang out in my bed all the time now. The only down side is I never want to leave.

For the most part, I find this bed comfortable. I had trouble with the pillows they originally sent, which were defective, but they did replace them. The reason for the 3 star rating is for their use of fiberglass in the mattress which was not disclosed and poses a health hazard if the cover gets torn or worn from use. I'm disappointed in learning about this after about a year of owning this mattress. I'll be replacing it with another brand. I cannot recommend this mattress for this issue.
